We enjoyed our stay very much! The property owner obviously thought of every need one might have. From the towels to the tea to the nicely stocked breakfast. We had a wonderful view from 5B, a super bed and it was quiet. Along the stair landings were books, dog biscuits, wine corkscrews and even a sewing kit. A big thanks to Patrick.

Excellent location and well equipped room but the room which had been warm in the sunshine was cold after dark and during the night. There was no heating. We would stay there again however.

Very nice accommodation, lovely room, dog friendly, everything we needed, Quiet off the main mumbles road, close to the village and across the road from the promenade.

Too many boxes of cereal containing nuts. No good if either of you don't eat nuts. So could offer rice krispies or something similar.

Lovely location and exceptional views great for a relaxing break

We liked the large spacious room, bathroom and lovely views. Parking was a struggle at times as the nearby car parks are very pricey and you can’t always get parking on the road. It’s needs a bit of a refresh in places. Slight odour in room was off putting on arrival. Breakfast boxes of cereal were ok but not really a substantial breakfast option. The nice coffee bags, tea and juice were appreciated. All in all though a bit on the pricey side for what was offered.

Stunning view over the bay and a big spacious room.

Excellent place to stay in Mumbles. We had a gorgeous room on the top floor with amazing views. The room was also super comfy and spacious.The owners thought of every little detail to make the stay pleasant from breakfast snacks to different kinds of teas and coffee. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Big bedroom and bathroom with sea view and plenty of in-room facilities. The building is key lock access with snack style breakfast waiting, so you will be disappointed if you are after a catered breakfast, but there are loads of cafes and restaurants close by. Very convenient location for Mumbles

A delightful night away. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and in an excellent location. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Fortunately, we found parking easily; we arrived early and were able to park on the street for free.

Lovely room in good location

We had a great stay, the property had a lovely view and was very spacious. Plenty tea and coffee and a selection of breakfast items.

We decided to have a short trip away over the Xmas break. Patrick’s boathouse was a fantastic choice as it was bang in the middle of Mumbles seafront with some great restaurants and pubs close by. Really enjoyed our stay and next time may even take our dogs.
