The room was clean and they had really nice soap/shampoo/conditioner. They also included cutlery and while it is eco that they don't replace towels and sheets every day it would have been nice if they would have provided dish soap to clean the cutlery without having to send in a request.

Cozy with added special details for our stay including dog treats and fan. Room was clean, comfortable but did get hot so the fan was much appreciated. Traffic could be loud, but with fan and ear plugs it wasn't an issue. Instant coffee and tea in room - we walked for local brewed coffee. Easy walk to Leadville main drag. Fire pits with blankets and Jenga was a lovely surprise.

A wonderful place to stay. The staff couldn’t be nicer and were extremely helpful with hike suggestions.

Very convenient location, very clean and had the right amenities. Manager and staff very approachable, helpful and friendly.

Timberline has everything you need for a great stay in Leadville—a comfortable, spacious room with a kitchenette in an ideal location. It’s walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Check-in was a breeze, all done online. And, they were kind enough to allow early check-in. The beds are super comfy. I’ll stay here again!

Excellent overall. They’ve really done wonders with this property. Little touches appreciated (e.g. dog treats). Suggestions: coffeemaker, screen on bathroom window.

The Timberline looks good on the exterior for what I think a motel usually looks like. On the inside, the vibe is definitely manly. No frills and a small bathroom with small sink and shower. There is a fridge, microwave and hot plate which was nice. Timberline was in the town of Leadville, which is a cute little town. Everything was within walking distance of the motel. Our only main issue was the keypad entry system. If you don't get it right after 3 attempts, it locks you out. The more you try the longer the wait is, there is no one in the office. You have to call a number for help. We had to leave a message one early morning. Overall, it is a good stay.

The property was great, clean and newly renovated.

Very clean, contemporary decor in our room, friendly staff with a great recommendation to The Timeline for dinner. The reason I did not give it 5 stars for everything was because we had terrible internet connections prior to check-in. I was not able to access the room key lock number in my confirmation . The recorded message said they would return calls within 24 hours or sooner. We were lucky to have a quick response and actually met the check-in team who were on sight and very helpful. However, if it had been later with no one on duty, I am not sure of the approach to getting the info in a quick manner. The room was great beyond this "hiccup" of internet connections before check-in.

Modern style, nice patio area, an easy to book and stay place for people and pets in Leadville!

This was a very clean and updated property. I loved it and staff was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property, and I would stay here again.

We staying in what I would call the penthouse - the 3 bed, 3 bath loft and it was phenomenal! The chefs kitchen was a dream - they had all the tools plus some! The space had all of the amenities - lots of towels, lots of space, and games. They were very attentive. I cannot say enough great things - will definitely be back!

Clean, modern, close to everything, and bathroom products (Alpine) which I love. It may look like a motel from the outside, but your unit inside feels like it was just built.

Great location, easy to walk to shopping and dinner. We used it to be close to Cooper Mt for snowboarding. bed is comfortable, and it's been nice and modernized, but the bathrooms are small if you need something larger, be aware of that. Didn't really bother me, as it was just my daughter and I. The shelving and hooks are great for all the jackets, dog leash, etc.

Pleasant and comfortable. The Owners are onsite duing the day and responsive by phone and text when not. Parked FRI and walked all weekend in town, Drive away Sunday afternoon rested. We'll be back.

A very nice place and the staff are wonderful people. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
