The floors in the bathroom was nansty. They hadn’t been mopped in who knows how long. Lazy River was nice. Hot tub the chlorine was so strong it burned your eyes. Definitely not worth the price!!!

Unfortunately not as good as the first time . Had to pay amenity fees even though the indoor pool was closed the whole time we were there. And it was too cold to swim outside most of the time . They are having building issues . There was a loud pipe banging noise inside the wall that seemed to get worse at night when we were trying to sleep.They admitted that they knew about it .But all I got was “I’m sorry you experienced that”. The carpet had multiple stains from ketchup I’m assuming . Hair in the drawers. I’m sad that it’s going downhill. I hope they fix the issues..

Great hotel. Comfortable bed. Quiet which kinda surprised me as our room overlooked the pool on the second floor. The pool was awesome and had a short lazy river ride. Very clean like no other hotel pool I've ever been in. Great restraurant in the hotel. My only small complaint would be that the breakfast, which was really good and a lot of options, was kinda cold, which I credit to other guests leaving the lids off the dishes after serving themselves.

Great new property. Very clean and quite. The free breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at any hotel. Staff was great. Check in was fast and easy. Very clean and spacious rooms.

The hotel is wonderful...however the beds are not that comfortable and the breakfast is ok. It is the same breakfast items everyday. Would be nice to have different options available on different days. Otherwise great hotel for a fun family trip!

This place is great! We have stayed at many places in Pigeon Forge and I think this may be the best one yet. It’s very clean, comfortable and the staff is the best!

Compass hotel appears to be brand new and very very clean. The colors inside the hotel and rooms make you feel like you're at the beach. The pool area in the back is gated so it's a little ones can't get out without an adult. There is a pool that goes to 4 ft and has a large slide for adults and kids. There's also a lazy man river that was lots of fun. They also have an infinity pool that I absolutely loved. You can lay in chairs while in the water and relax. There is also a large jacuzzi in the same area. They also have an indoor area for smaller children that has a smaller slide and water buckets that pour down. They have two fire pits surrounded by a Adirondack chairs where you can sit and dry off and enjoy the atmosphere.This just made our stay so much fun, my grandson absolutely had a blast at this hotel. He did not want to leave it! As I said, the rooms were very clean and gave you a homie but beachy feel at the same time. You have a balcony and ours was overlooking the front of the hotel that had a beautiful mountain view. The shower was a walk-in with a big rain shower head and a detachable shower head as well. They supply the shampoo, conditioner and body wash so you don't need to bring any of this with you. There is also hand soap and lotion beside the sink area as well. The bathroom was just amazing to me. It's something I would absolutely love to have in my own home. The room did have a refrigerator and coffee maker, ice bucket, closet w/iron & board.

When entering the lobby, the Romer was amazing smelt so good!! Room very clean was able to enjoy the balcony without any bugs attacking. Definitely a five star for me and will be returning. If I did have one complaint it would be the pillows, but definitely will not take away my five stars my new go to place to stay.

Everything was great. Exceeded expectations. Only negative was mattress was too firm. Would still stay here again tho.

This was a beautiful hotel and one of the best ones I’ve stayed in. It was clean and the rooms were very nice I will be staying in this hotel next time we visit the area for sure! And gorilla taco is right in front of the hotel (walking distance) and the food there is amazing!

We loved this property! The grounds were spotless, the amenities exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly. We will definitely be back!

The junior suite was a good size for our family of 4. The bathroom was large enough to fit a pack and play and the pullout couch is big. Nice big size of the room and very convenient with fridge in the room, big TV, and microwave down the hall. Loved the pool and ease of access. Only downside was the breakfast. They offered a variety of food, but it was often cold and not very tasty.
