I really enjoyed my stay here! It is impeccably clean, and everything looks and feels brand new. The bathroom was spacious which is a big plus, and the decor is adorable. I used the hotel car free of charge to go to The Breakers which was super convenient. Would certainly return back here

One main reason I Picked this place so I didn’t have to pack beach towels or worry about chairs. Unfortunately they do not provide chairs/ umbrellas or towels if there’s a”chance” of rain or wind in the forecast. Very disappointing. Despite no rain or wind, the kid as the beach attendant would not set up the chairs. When asked why, he was rude and snippy. No rain came - wind was less than mild & he still refused to set stuff up- he preferred hanging out with the life guards. The car service was nice and the driver was professional and kind. Love the area - but would pick a less expensive place next time

We had the best stay at Palm House this past weekend! We were there for my wife’s birthday and they really made her feel special. Cassandra from Concierge was wonderful. The food was delicious. We will be back!

The property is excellent, although rooms 101 and 102 are prone to high noise since they are located right next to the bar.

Clean, great location

This is truly a boutique hotel experience. The service was top notch from everyone. Loved Tommy, Juan, JJ, and Christopher that took us anywhere we wanted to go on our girls trip. John the bartender was very friendly and always offered us extras. Ramone took care of us on the beach and even brought us our lunch. I would highly recommend this place and we will be returning.

I had a nice stay. Service was slow. Rooms were big. Beds hard. Pool was bit disorganized. Gym very small. I would to rate this as a 5 star property. I would call it in at a solid 4 star. Valet was outstanding. House car service outstanding.

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The room was large & comfy. The entire property immaculate. But, it was the staff from valet, front desk, restaurant, bar & poolside that made our family feel like VIPs. The service was unparalleled. How nice to be greeted on arrival by Maeve & attended to poolside by John. We will be back!

We stay at four and five star hotels and this did not seem like a five star hotel. The level of service of a five star is just not there. I will relate good and bad points: when I got to the hotel after a long drive and ordered a Mai Tai the bar tender lady clearly did not know how to make drinks. You should not have people at the bar that don't know bartending. The next morning at 7:30 I went downstairs to order a cappuccino but was told that the "espresso machine has not warmed up yet" so I had to go somewhere else. It was very difficult to figure out how to turn the warm water on in the shower, there should have been signs. Apparently there is a tiny button you have to press and then turn the faucet to the "cold" direction instead of the "hot" direction (???). Also, the photos of this hotel look much nicer than the actual hotel. The pool is very small. No VIP benefits at all. On the positive side I liked the drawer type safe in the room, the glass water bottles, the pretty flowers in the lobby, the car service and cushy rug in the room.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a prime area of Palm Beach. The staff & valet are so friendly & helpful. The hotel & grounds are pristine. The salt water pool & the surrounding pool area is perfect. The room & bathroom is beautiful. They bed was very comfortable. They provide a house car to take you around town & to the beach including umbrella & chair set up. Close to shopping & great restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Palm House Hotel. The property is beautifully maintained, with stylish interiors that balance modern comfort and charming character. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with luxurious bedding and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

Newly renovated hotel. Beautiful place with friendly staff. Walking distance to Worth avenue and the beach. Great for a couples retreat or the girls weekend.

Beautiful Hotel with wonderful staff

This is a very nice little hotel - rooms are sizeable, nice patios, well decorated and maintained. It’s close to the beach and the beach service was attentive and well set up. They got many of the small things right - waters on hand at valet, notifying beach service when en route, etc. Unfortunately mishandled our check in; room was not ready until 5pm and desk attendant mismanaged situation. The shower temperature was also finicky - could’ve been our room only but very hard to get a nice temperature.

Good food. Beautiful hotel. The staff is still learning but they will get there. They charged me again the 2 nights and I had to ask to fix it.
