Great Hotel

Very nice

This room was not clean upon the day. The bathroom was filthy. Notified front desk came and inspected. Said there was nothing she could do because she was not housekeeping about 10 to 20 minutes later she then call back up and offer another room.

No toiletries, missing pillowcases, no dishes/utensils_i.e kitchen kit.

Nice Property & Nice People.

Terrible stay - reserved two queen beds, got there and was given a king bed and a pullout couch for 3 adults. Was told Hotels.com overbooked and they didn't have any other rooms available. Opened the pullout couch and and smelled of urine so bad. Complained to front desk, was told they didn't think anyone was there to come up and clean but would let me know. Never heard back from front desk, ending up sleeping 3 adults in a king bed. Very uncomfortable! Then, toilet clogged several times and was told no one was there to correct so they handed me a plunger. Shower head and toilet paper holder were both broken upon entry. Homeless people sleeping all around outside and inside the lobby. There were about 40 or so people having a party in the parking lot. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Only gave 4 stars for this stay because of not enough towels and was told none were available. My first stay here was great. Overall the property is nice and I appreciate the security features of passkey entry. I would most likely book again in the future when in town.

A goo 7 day stay

I stayed for one night as I was driving up from Florida to Maine. Very nice, spacious, I think it was awesome for the price it even had a kitchen and the room was pretty big. Would stay again on my way down

This was a deceptive arrangement. Expedia promises all fees covered, then the dump of a hotel adds on, exhorbantly. Ill never use Expedia again. The hotel was a fangerous dump

The hotel its self was nice. Seems like a hangout spot for whomever would like to come. People are out front hanging out DRUNK and loud all night. Tried to workout, there was someone inside braiding hair and listening to music while others were just hanging out on the equipment. I tried to mention it to the front desk but I was told that’s allowed. Very unprofessional, seems like a brand new hotel that’s a reasonable price is going to be ruined due to unprofessionalism and no authority or structure.

The room is very nice. Staff was very friendly. They accommodated me on trying to find vegan restaurants in the neighborhood.

Upon arrival there were people hanging out in the parking lot. The front desk person was nit at the desk. Once checked in and headed to the elevator, in the Gym area was a person blowdrying and braiding someone hair. Get to the room there was no remote. Had to go down to the front desk again the front desk person was outside with the ppl hanging around. Got the remote it didnt work had to go back down. Then the hotel dont have not 1 ice machine in the building. Ive seen more workers say they live there then ppl renting the rooms.im not going back there

Everything was new and in working condition. The hotel is mostly designed for long term stays so there was a full refrigerator and microwave. There was no coffee pot or hair dryer.

Renovations was perfect. Spacious, comfortable, clean. Loved the bathroom, great remodel job. Everything was really great. Staff at the front desk were super helpful and friendly. A little too much traffic out front of the building, but no panhandling so that was nice. Would really stay there again. Really nice for an extended stay.

What I didn't like about the property was that me and my husband had to wait for over an hour before we could check in to our room. Also, it needs to be stated that you need to have pots, pans, silverware, and all the things that you have to have to cook and clean with while you are staying there for a weekend. I know that some are long time residents, however, you still have those who are not. I was also told that I might be able to get compensated in some way because of the late check in time.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was clean and very quiet. I would definitely go back.

Not a great place to stay, you get what you pay for.
