I loved the cleanliness of the rooms. The contactless check-in made it so much quicker and the location is amazing! This will be my go to place for my beach trips.

We loved our stay. The suites are wonderful with 2 bedrooms.

Room was cozy. Liked the extra parking time. Good for the price. Ate close by at Kates pancake house- very good food. Ate supper at Sandspur. Very good location for everything!

This was an amazing place to spend the weekend!! Super clean, super cute, totally walkable to everything you want/need. We loved the assigned parking space, too! We stayed in Room 4 and had a huge patio space with comfy places to sit. Additionally, it was great that, after checking out, you can stay parked there for a few hours to get in more beach time before leaving

Nice cozy location

Loved the private porch we had off our room. Room was cute & recently renovated. Easy to park, quick walk to many stores and restaurants. Only things I'd change is to have a chain on the door (love the keypad, though but had a kiddo with us and was just worried about him being able to easily leave the room), and having a 2nd trash can or a bigger one would be nice; otherwise, we enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of towels and liked being able to text if we needed anything or had questions. Was also nice to be able to stay parked for a bit after checkout! Thanks for making my husband's birthday an enjoyable and relaxing one!

The motel is conveniently located near a ton of restaurants, walking distance to the boardwalk and the beach if you don’t want to bring more than a towel and sunscreen. However, though the room was clean, it was small. The bathroom was even smaller so your knees touched the wall while you use the toilet. Unfortunately, we felt so unsafe, we left first thing in the morning to find another hotel, even though we paid for 2 nights. It looked as though someone was living in one of the rooms on the first floor and the people in the room right next to us were up all night smoking weed and cigarettes on our shared balcony as well as it was very noisy all around us. Last, the parking is pretty tight if you’re in the building with rooms 1-7.

Love seeing these old places getting remodeled. This place is super cute. Beds are comfy and water pressure is great. The only issue we had was parking. Each room should have a numbered parking spot. The 1 vehicle rule should be enforced. There were several families with 2 or more vehicles.

Clean like

I feel that this place is only concerned with the money they make and not the customer experience like other places in the area. Communication was via text only and response time was slow and even nonexistent. My issues were ignored and left unaddressed. Very disappointing. Some people should just avoid the hospitality business if they don’t want to be bothered.

The air conditioner didn't work neither did the microwave. Because it doesn't have a front desk I just dealt with it since I was tired and it was late in the day when I arrived. This pretty much ruined by night as I brought food to eat that needed to be heated. In the morning, 15 minutes before leaving I get a knock asking if I needed anything. Come on. She was there making sure I left by check out at 11. I told her about the ac and the microwave. I also complained to expedia and to the motel through their text goodbye. I got a response saying if I had said something they would have moved me. and that the microwave wasn't plugged in. That is some classic gaslighting. Instead of apologizing and asking what could make it right they blame it on me? They didn't respond when I asked who was I supposed to ask about moving since there is no front desk. Yeah the customer service is all about them not the guest.

Great location. One street walk to shops and restaurants. 2 streets away to the beach. Clean, quiet and off street parking available. Will definitely visit and stay here again.

Perfect little place for a last minute trip before beach prices start going up!

Carolina beach motel was very clean and well renovated. The location to the boardwalk was awesome. We did a single queen room and the room was very small. About a foot of space around each side of the bed and that was it. The shower was also very small. I’m 6’1 240 pounds and it was very difficult to shower at my size, but it did get me he job done. Overall it was a very clean room, comfortable bed, in a great location at a great price. We would probably stay here again.
