The staff was informative, and the location was really close to Malioboro, about a 2-minute walk. The room was clean, too. I'd definitely stay there again if I ever visit Yogyakarta.

The male staff were unfriendly. When my child was sick and my husband asked if there was a pharmacy or doctor nearby, he replied, "I don't know," while playing on his phone. Even when we asked to borrow a ladle or bowl for a compress, he said there weren't any.

We happened to stay here for 3 days and 2 nights. When we entered the room, we smelled an unpleasant sewage smell. We accepted it and bought our own air freshener, which helped quite a bit. The next day, after being told that if we wanted the room cleaned, we could leave the key with the receptionist. We went out at 7:30 AM, left the key and asked them to clean it. But when we returned to the hotel at 3:00 PM, the room still wasn't ready. The receptionist apologized, etc., but the cleaning staff were very rude, didn't smile at all, didn't show any remorse. If it was their job to clean the room, they should have done it first, instead of waiting for all the guests to check out. I feel sorry for guests staying more than a day with this kind of service. Maybe they can improve it next time. Thank you.

Everything is okay for the price. Only the bathroom smells like sewage, typical of low cost accommodation in densely populated areas.

Last minute booking.. Alhamdulillah got a room. The hotel is comfortable. Close to Malioboro Terrace, a shopping area in the city of Jogja.. Really like the location of the hotel, very easy to move around, just walk to Malioboro Terrace.

Amenities had to be requested from the receptionist, not immediately available in the room. But the staff are quite friendly. Hopefully, the cleanliness of the mattress and bedsheets will be improved.

I've stayed here four times. Although it's a budget hotel, the facilities are quite complete, especially since it's close to Malioboro. Awesome!
