This was our first time staying. It was as described. We really enjoyed the visit and will book again. The young lady and the gentleman behind the front desk were wonderful. Staff went above and beyond. We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean.

The property was nice and clean . Seemed safe but because it’s also a “stay for a while” type of place it was a tid bit scary .. my wifi was down the entire time so that sucked but staff was pleasant and attentive. Everything i needed was just a ride away. And the check in remotely was a bit hard to maneuver so I just waited for managements .. I brilliant ideal as long as it remains a safe space

The staff at these property is very accommodating. The interior courtyard is amazing. Natasha the lady at the front desk deserves a raise! She is awesome

The room was like an apartment. Quiet location with shopping near by, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable for a longer stay. The parking lot was too small not large enough to accommodate larger vehicles.

Dear Stayapt Suites Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the condition of the room I recently stayed in at your property. The room was covered in dog hair — on the floors, furniture, bedding, and even in areas where it clearly should have been cleaned thoroughly. The hair transferred onto my clothes, socks, and body, which was both unclean and extremely uncomfortable. I do not like animals, and I certainly did not expect to stay in a room that felt like it had not been cleaned after a pet had stayed there. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and well below what I expect from a professional hospitality provider. I urge your team to re-evaluate your housekeeping protocols, especially in pet-friendly rooms, and ensure a higher standard of cleanliness. I also believe some form of compensation is appropriate for the discomfort and poor experience I endured.

Extremely clean and convenient. Arrived after hours and was able to get keys and check in details from lock box. Single complaint was that we needed to used the pull out sofa but linen was not provided. Only extra pillow. Office was closed so we improvised. I would recommend that all sofa linen be left in same bag as extra pillow, especially for guests who are arriving after hours. DEFINITELY will continue to stay at APT where available.

It was great. Very clean room. Clean stove, dishes, oven and everything worked. I just wish the beds were more comfy.

This new property offers everything you'll need to feel like you are in your own home. Spacious and clean

There was no one at the desk and it took about 15 minutes to call and get someone there. They then had to check the room to make sure and that took another 15 minutes. Staff was friendly, but they weren’t prepared for people yet. Everything was brand new.

This was the perfect solution for my daughter’s bday weekend! The front desk manager was very personable and communicative. The property is beautiful and cute and conveniently located!
