An excellent & cozy stay! Checked in really late on a Friday night to drive home early in the morning after an overnight trip to London. Parking is all underground which is nice, and there were plenty of spaces available. Room was spotless & well maintained, aircon was a great touch. Have seen others in reviews say theirs didn't work, personally, ours did in room 202. We didn't hear any noise from other rooms but when you are locking the door behind you and leaving the rooms there is a beep noise on the door which some may find noisy in the night, this wasn't really an issue for us other than the fact we were trying to be as quiet as possible since we arrived around midnight & didn't want to disturb others. Beds were super comfy. Cannot comment on the shower facilities as we weren't there long enough to use them, they did look clean & plenty fresh towels were provided. We also did not get breakfast. They only had earl grey teabags available in the rooms so if you don't like that, bring your own from home, there were also some coffee sachets. We had a small mishap where they charged us the fee for our room again when we went to pay the £15 charge for parking when I had already prepaid for our room online, however this was quickly resolved in the morning by the lovely staff member behind the desk, no problems at all. Both staff members on the desk morning and night were super friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay again & recommend to anyone staying in the area!

We had two nights stay on different days. First night the one pillow case had blood stain, maybe not changed. One towel was also not changed. The second night sink was clogged. Overall the internet connection in the room was weak. Breakfast was great though.

The staff were lovely. Breakfast was convenient and plentiful although in true English stereotypes, quite bland. Our room was perfect. I only wish there were drawers along with shelves for unpacking into.

I just needed a clean basic hotel for the night. First room we were given was smelling like cigarette smoke and second room smelled a bit damp and musty. Check in was fine with a person but the self check in was awful

Convenient place to stay overnight close to Heathrow Airport. Easy to get to. Good directions from hotel on which bus to get.

Staff, food, room… all excellent

Room was good. The Netflix/Prime Video wasn’t working. Went to front desk and they said they would send someone up. 1.5 hours later nobody arrived. Went back down and they said they have had issue before. Said they would bring me an hdmi cable to my room. Never received. Fire alarm went off at 645 in the morning. Took a couple minutes for them to turn off and no fire in the building.

It was all very nice. Liked the kitchen and bar for dinner and the breakfast was great

This hotel is the perfect location if you want to be close to Heathrow Airport. We rode the bus from the car rental place and it took less than 15 minutes. The staff was great. We were not there long, but they were a life saver, I was trying to schedule an uber but I could not get texts to confirm my identity. The hotel has a kiosk to order a ride. Never seen that before. So grateful!

The room was great but the WiFi signal to week to be useful. The charge of 15£ a day was outrageous.

We came in late with a large group and for the price didn't expect much, however, this hotel was one of the best and most convenient of our trip. Right by the airport with great transfer options. They were willing to make food for us even though we were in late, but we just ordered uber eats. The rooms were very comfy, really nice bathrooms. Clean towels and comfortable beds and linens. Absolutely one of my best budget hotel experiences and I've been all over the world! Service was great! Everyone so helpful and kind, even though we were a large group. Even making extra breakfast to make sure we were all fed!! Felt right at home. Breakfast was great!! Excellent options and tasted good. Would highly recommend!!

My sister and I had a 16 hour layover at Heathrow airport so we decided on this hotel. Which was a 8 min bus ride away. Staff was okay nothing too bad but everything else was great. Kind of disappointed that breakfast wasn't included but its all good. Still 5 stars.

This is my first choice hotel when I travel from Heathrow early the next morning. Great value for money. Super comfortable and clean. The staff are akways polite and helpful. Stop for various connections to the airport, even very early in the morning, right outside the hotel.

We had booked a cruise leaving from Southampton. Our flight took us to Heathrow and we decided to stay near the Heathrow Airport so that we could take the Underground from Heathrow Airport to London. So we looked for a hotel near our terminal at Heathrow and the BnB Hotel London Heathrow happened to come up on the Expedia web site. It was near our terminal and there was a shuttle bus from the airport that served the BnB Hotel as well as another nearby hotel. We weren’t sure of the procedure to get the bus, so I emailed BnB Hotel and asked how we will get from Heathrow Airport to their hotel. I received an email from them almost instantly with detailed instructions. We used that shuttle bus also the following day to get back to Heathrow Airport so that we could get to London to spend the day seeing the sites of the city. I watched many YouTube videos on how to use the London Underground, so it was easy to get from Heathrow to London. Our stay at the hotel was great. The room was really nice and clean. We booked our stay with a breakfast and the food was well presented with a great variety of food. The hotel also had a bar and restaurant to have other meals as well. We were really glad we booked the BnB Hotel London Heathrow for our stay before the cruise out of Southampton.
