Great location to Heathrow. Wonderful sound proof windows. Friendly and helpful staff

Super easy check in, secure parking garage which is locked and can only be accessed by people staying at the hotel. Incredibly clean room. Not a speck of dust in sight. Hot powerful shower and comfortable beds. We enjoyed it so much we have changed our booking from a different hotel later this week, to this hotel again. Easy access into london, even for people like us who rarely leave Devon. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to other people and look forward to checking in again tomorrow!

Staff at reception is friendly. Location is convenience to airport. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. Some restaurants nearby.

Greta hotel. Staff were amazing. Not much in walking distance. But lots busable or driveable. Room was great. Beautiful surroundings I will definitely use again when I’m in the area. Travelled me and my 11 year old daughter for a concert at Hyde park.

The room was just as in the photos and it was very clean

A terrible experience. First the air conditioning was not working in my room. No other room available. Was given 2 fans which only moved the hot air around the room. Window does not open. Terrible uncaring attitude by staff. Stay here at your peril in the summer. I will never consider this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and the room was great for a good night sleep and relaxing morning before our flight. The problem came at checkout time when we were told that the shuttle actually only goes to terminal 5. They wouldn’t even let us on the shuttle to go to our terminal and told us to take the bus. We had already navigated this bus with our luggage and kids the night before and it was not a good experience. We used a lot of public transport seamlessly on our trip and this small part was the most stressful. We ended up getting an Uber to the airport but part of the appeal of this hotel was the promise of a shuttle to the airport. Don’t count on it unless you are heading to Terminal 5. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

Funny little hotel which will use again because I will use again if I have an early start at Heathrow. But mainly because it is cheap. My bath was quite dirty and not great. But it’s £60 and was otherwise fine.

Clean and comfortable hotel- I would redo

Friendly staff, clean comfortable and convenient hotel. The breakfast was also lovely and a good deal. A perfect spot for the night before takeoff.

the welcoming staff, and easy access for the bus to the airports. Nearby restaurant's were both good for a late dinner.

Really comfortable room and well thought out design ( a hairdryer and decent sized shelf next to a big mirror!!). Foyer area of hotel is great with space for those who need to work before/after check in/out, and bedroom had good workspace too. Wifi was pretty reliable. Friendly and helpful staff. 👍👍👍👍

After allocated twin room had leaking air-conditioning, we were moved to a double (not ideal) but it is all that was left.

It was very clean and check in was easy. We would definitely book again.

Great value for money, much better than expected at this price-point, especially considering teh Heathrow location. Will now be my regular booking when I need to stay at LHR. Recommended

Our hotel room was amazing and very clean...only downfall was no cupboard or storage space for our bags, also no drinking water bottles provided and the aircon was terrible ...luckily the weather wasnt that hot...also the window in the room had double glazing...no point....but the most disapointing thing was the breakfast
