Hotel Mustika was formerly the Sheraton, and the rooms, ambiance, and pool are very comfortable. I will definitely return here again.

The service and impression from the receptionist was extremely helpful. They expedited check-in and provided a solution when I needed to do laundry late at night for a meeting the next morning. It was a great experience staying here.

The hotel facilities are good, but the annoying thing is that they offer free complimentary photos and frames. Upon check-in, they tell you they're full and you have to make a reservation. Well, you knew it was free when you checked in. It's a strange facility, better off not using it or paying for it altogether.

A pleasant hotel, but it's a bit far from everywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the iron in room 415 doesn't work. The breakfast is top-notch, everything is delicious 🤤. The hotel grounds are pleasant, perfect for a morning walk after breakfast and relaxing. Overall, the best.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights and had a very enjoyable experience overall. Although the hotel is one of the older properties in the area, it has been well maintained and kept very clean. The cleanliness of both the public areas and guest rooms was impressive. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, making it a great place to relax during my stay. One of the highlights of the hotel is its large and clean swimming pool, which was well maintained and enjoyable to use throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful at all times. Their hospitality contributed greatly to the positive experience. The only area for improvement would be the distance between the lobby and the main road/entrance area, which can be quite a walk, especially when carrying luggage or during hot weather. It would be even better if the hotel could provide a buggy car shuttle service to transport guests between the lobby and the main road. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay.

It's huge. It's perfect for bringing kids, as it has plenty of play areas. It's actually quite nice, but it just needs some renovation. Check out what needs to be done, and it'll definitely be even better.
