Lovely cute room (large room) with amazing views in a stunning location

Lovely pub in an amazing location

An ideal spot for a few nights' stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always willing to assist with our needs. The room itself was spectacular, wonderfully spacious, and equipped with all the amenities necessary for a truly enjoyable visit. We couldn't fault a single aspect of our experience.

The location and the people were very nice

Fantastic hotel in a great location, staff were amazing throughout the stay and we'll definitely be back. The only thing we could suggest would be blackout curtains/blinds on the windows.

Excellent location and venue

Perfect location for Hiking around lulworth cove and Durdle door.

Decor is looking tired. The indoor dining areas have flies constantly flying around and landing on tables and food. On arrival the staff stated breakfast was not included, when in fact it was. We would not go back. There are better places to stay for the same money in Lulworth Cove.

Food was applauding, poorly cooked and little choice at breakfast, also they had run out of lots of things-we stayed at a sister hotel in Lyme Regis where the quality was excellent

The room was beautiful, and very clean. We stayed in the indulgence room which had a bigger balcony. Only problem is the 4 balconies aren’t cut off from each other. We travelled with our dog so had to drag (very heavy) outside chairs to block up to next doors. Also the view was obscured by the big pub sign right outside ours. Unfortunately, the food here doesn’t match the standard of the bedrooms. Think Wetherspoons mass produced food - tasty and edible if you’re hungry, but not a gourmet experience. A lovely place to stay though. Parking close by and only minutes to the cove itself. We loved it so much we stayed a second night.

Room was very clean. The bar and toilets, not very clean along walls and woodwork. The staff were lovely and very accomodating where they could be. Only one thing spoilt the trip. I had paid for breakfast, which it stated on Hotels.com would be served from 8am to 9.30. One of us had to be at work for 9 am, when we arrived we were told breakfast was 8.30-9.30 and they could give us a breakfast roll earlier, everything was locked up until 8.30 when he had to leave for work. This was annoying as we had specifically booked this hotel so that we could have breakfast and had paid for breakfast. Very annoying. The food is lovely but expensive.

Amazing stay and late at night I enjoyed the conversation with the staff members finishing duty. Great view and a great experience overall even breakfast was super.

Excellent location

It was truly magical place, starting with location ending with breakfast, which was super duper tasty.. Room was clean, bedding clean, bed comfortable. Staff very helpful and polite. We had no CV with us, for the interview.. Girl did help us out, did print one, massive thank u to her, still owning a chocolate for that 🙈 The atmosphere was very nice, place with positive only vibes.. Place to comeback for sure.. 😊

Nice room but disappointed with bar, menu and lack of product

Hotel is in great location but the car park is a public car park. So in busy times you could end up with no space although it’s a large car park. And it’s rough, loose stones and not flat. The staff are lovely, very helpful. We had a lovely sea view room, comfortable bed, nice bedding, not huge and the en suite is quite snug, but lovely and clean and modern. Nice to have cooked to order breakfast, overall a good place to stay.

Hotel is in great location, 2’ walk from the cove and close to all walking trails. Parking is easy (£5 per day). View from the balcony was great. Room was big and clean, although quite noisy (old building). Decoration is very charming, ‘beachcomber style’. Very friendly staff. Shower had only warm to hot water. We did not get roomkeeping during our 2 night stay, which is a bit weird in a 4* hotel. We didn’t bother too much and just asked refillments at the bar. Dinner in the restaurant was ok but we had to wait for over an hour without notification something went wrong in the kitchen. All in all, a great stay with some minor things.

Great room with a view. Staff very friendly. Need to follow their instructions sent before hand for the parking, was easy. Food was delicious (dinner and breakfast).
