Hotel amenities like hot water don't work. When I returned home at night, there was no hot water. This isn't a 3-star hotel because the water heater is solar-powered. There's also no phone to reach the front desk; only a phone number. But no one answered the phone. What if there was an emergency in the room that required hotel assistance? So, this isn't a 3-star hotel. The lack of hot water really doesn't live up to the amenities offered.
