booked via Expedia with conformation, hotel had not accepted booking .. whole family 11 left on street trying to get another hotel ...

The hotel was very clean and the staff welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel located just 4 minutes from the Pleasure Beach which was even better, as during our stay it rained constantly, which enabled us to pop back to the hotel for a cuppa and to dry out a few times!

Very clean, host’s friendly, breakfast excellent, location excellent, had to Park about 300 metres away. Honestly it was faultless other than I woke up cold each night.

nice small clean family friendly hotel,went for 2 days with my husband and 5 year old daughter. really good location,easy to find, nice staff and lovely breakfast. would definately recommend this hotel and we may come again next year 😀

I have three small children and I wanted everything close by. Takeaways and shops opposite the hotel. The room was nice and clean with a working tv with loads of channels. Kids loved the bunk bed. Toilet was a bit small but not an issue. Plenty of storage space for our clothes etc. Will stay again.

The room was spotless ,although could have done with being a bit bigger, was more like a single room but with a double bed put in,if it had been two large people they would have had trouble getting up the side of the bed,staff were really friendly, and polite, I would stay again if given a larger room,unfortunately my husband took I'll and we had to leave a day earlier.

Very friendly staff. Great location right by South Pier, Water park and Pleasure beach. Andrew was very helpful and shuffled rooms around to allow us to stay an additional night at short notice. Not even a late night fire alarm could dampen our stay.

We didn't stay here although first impressions looked great though When we arrived we were told that HOTELS.COM had only sent the request to them the day before, when we actually booked it weeks ago. Therefore they didn't have a room for us. However the owner was very lovely and made arrangements for us to stay elsewhere, bless him. Very kind

This hotel is idle for the family. Little away from the station but was very close to the sand castle water park and the pleasure beach. Andrew was very friendly and helpful. We had booked a family room so we got bunker beds we are not used to so it quite uncomfortable and bathroom was very small.

Very good hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent with plenty of choices available. The criticism would be the lack of parking but this through no fault of the hotel.
