The checkin was difficult, they said they’ll send me an email but the email wasn’t there, although they finally helped me to get my key, it was still very inconvenient for me as I’ve just travelled for hours to Oxford. I’ve send message before my arrival to prevent this, telling them that I haven’t received the email, but no response. The location is perfect tho, the room is small but all right. Probably want to come back but idk.
