Very nice stay! The only downside I had was the area around the hotel, as there was a lot of construction, and I wasn't sure where the actual hotel was. However, I'm sure that the construction will be over soon.

Great place to stay!

The area is great and the loft is beautiful. However, I did not see the email regarding checking in and there not being any staff on the premises. Once we got the check in figured out, all went smoothly.

Loft bedroom ladder scary and unusable for anyone older. Got another hotel.

Easy access to the stadiums with endless options for food and coffee. Parking isn't ideal, as most of the streets nearby close for events. While the suggestion was to choose a street-level lot a few blocks away, it was i credibly expensive. We found a cheaper parking garage even closer, that should really be the suggested location for guests. Aside from that, it was a great spot.

It was in a hidden spot but the place was phenomenal! Very safe, quiet and easy to get around

Overall a great place to stay but trying to get a hold of customer service through the APP or even over the phone was hard

Loved the comfy bed and loft appt! They stocked us with dish soap and laundry soap (laundry facility free for your use) in addition to regular toiletries. I had an issue when I got here, but they went above and beyond to get us in a room early. Very impressed with how they handled it. Anthony and Bridget are absolute gems!

Its not great, and its definitely not a hotel. If you stay here, dont expect much other than location.

Great spot. Only drawbacks were a very poor mattress for the pull out couch, and some steep ladder steps up to the loft.

Waited for over an hour to get into the Building Had trouble with your web site. Very unconfortable about sending info online. Was able to cancel other locations.

10/10 would stay again. Great proximity to WAMU.

Lots of noise from unit above. Sounded like they were moving furniture? Lots of noise from the street throughout the night (troubled houseless folks screaming)

Great property and service. Feels like there’s someone looking out even when there’s no one around.

Excellent amenities with full kitchen and laundry. Felt like we could stay forever. Check if you have a second bed in the loft, as this bed is very high up. Great spot for people arriving via Amtrak or going to the stadiums. Check ahead about construction, got a bit turned around with how to enter.

Location was great, no issues getting in and everything was just what was needed for us. We were able to easily walk to WAMU for a concert. The only real downside was a lack of immediate parking. The closest lot was expensive and of no fault of the location we had to pay to get our car after hours so that ended up running us over $160 for a night of parking. So if you can park then uber there it may save you some trouble. Overall really neat little space though.
