Absolutely loved the staff, they were great. The presidential suite was beautiful and the balcony view was great. I'm walking distance of everything.

Enjoyed my time

Good stay. Little Loud. Clean. Great location. They charged me twice for valet. But after calling multiple times, they refunded me.

It would have been fine If things worked

Usually, I don't go to a lesser known hotel, but I needed somewhere close to stay that was close to a conference I had to attend for 5 days. The room was spacious and clean. I would stay again.

There was noise and you were not insulated from any hall noise. All night there was noise. Loud, drunk guests and it sounded like they were in the room. Breakfast was yoghurt with no spoons. You had to ask for tea. The prepackaged muffins tasted raw and soggy. But, the staff were wonderful.

Did not like how every sound carried. It was too noisy. There are huge gaps under the doors so anyone out in the hall sounded like they were in your room.

The property was very clean. The main elevator didn’t work but they had a service elevator to use.The staff was very nice!!! Will definitely stay again

Hotel and staff was nice. Location is great. Quiet area. Only complaint is that elevator was out and had to use service elevator. Hotel was very clean and staff were wonderful !

The people at the front were amazing, especially Megan and Joel. There were a few minor things like the elevator went out and the air had problems but the entire stay was perfect. Will definitely stay again if I travel to New Orleans.

The property is clean, safe and close to everything! We absolutely loved our room!!! Housekeeping was amazing too! The front desk staff, especially the tall young man was outstanding…friendly..helpful and thorough! Would definitely stay there again!

Tv didn’t work; room was freezing and couldn’t turn thermostat down, other than that it was great

Check in was so fast. The room was so big. We loved it. We will be back!

Area is good, just know the streets are dirty. There is street parking across from the property if you get lucky like we did. Staff was great. Restroom shower did leak ALOT, towels had a weird smell, bed covers had a small stain but overall a cool place to stay at.

The hotel itself is great, the location if you get a canal street facing room was really difficult to enjoy. The staff and room were great, the AC was a little wonky and the tv but nothing that couldn’t be dealt with easily. Bring ear plugs and maybe an eye mask if you want good sleep. It’s not the hotel’s fault that Canal street is nothing but loud engines, police, and fire sirens all night but it does make me hesitate to stay here again UNLESS I was assured a room off the back of hotel.

It was a great thing, the only issue is the room we got wasn't what was in the description
