We also appreciate your feedback on some areas that need improvement. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the cleanliness of the room, damaged facilities, and the issue with the stair access on the 2nd floor. We will immediately conduct an evaluation and improvement to ensure guest comfort in the future. We will also pay more attention to staff service to ensure a more satisfying stay experience. We realize that being in a location close to nature does have its challenges, including insects and smoke from the surrounding neighbors, and we will strive to address these issues better.
