Reasonably priced, 2.5-star hotel near the airport. The shower, toilet, and washbasin are awkwardly positioned together. The bed sheets, pillow, and overall quality could be improved. A better air freshener than naphthalene (a harmful substance) should be used.

The property is not well maintained, they gave us torn blankets and the additional beds provided are terrible. On the positive note, breakfast was good and bathrooms were clean.

I gave a high rating based on the price. I would not compare this to a 5 star hotel or even a 3 star.. however, for the price value I gave 5 stars. Also, the staff was most helpful and the car was always available as needed.. we were very happy to pay the fee, and the driver was wonderful. Language was a barrier at times, but we got by just fine.

Nice place for a brief stay near airport. Gave five star rating considering the price. It’s not a luxurious hotel but serves purpose for an overnight stay close airport at very affordable rent. I paid Rs 4,000 for one night.

July 30 2024: Property is pretty new and has a decent dining place for 15-20 people. Rooms have the necessary amenities though could not find Electric Kettle to prepare tea/coffee. Room was clean and tidy before check-in which was great experience. Property is near the Hyderabad(Telangana) airport and very much accessible via road. Transport to the airport and city is ample. At the moment road to property is not great as it was filled with rainwater when I checked in. Looking forward for property owners to have a metalled road to make it a really great place to have an evening walk.
