The people that runs this place is very disrespectful to women and don’t know how to talk to people. I was yelled at more than one time because I couldn’t understand what they were saying. The place has roaches everywhere, the housekeepers never came to my rooms and ask did we need anything at all. When I first checked in they messed up and put the money for one room on the other room that was already paid for. So that meant they had to refund my money and it took 4 days until I got my money back on my card. I felt insulted because I didn’t have any more money to pay for the room. So instead of them taking accountability for what they did. They made me feel like it was my fault. You don’t know who the manager is because I think the people that runs it is family and all of them are living there in the hotel. Each person that be at the counter don’t know anything and you can’t get answers from them. I had to tell them I was going to call corporate on them. Everyday after check in they called me about the money for the room that they messed up when I first checked in. They didn’t even try to compensate me for there mess up at all. This by far was the worse place I have been to and the worst service I ever received from a motel or hotel.

Noisy roaches room quality is horrible bed was sunk in on one side they want a deposit of 50 dollars for smoking rooms and 100 for non smoking that’s not listed on website not worth it and don’t bring no food you will find roaches in it if you don’t eat it then and there

I can only say one nice thing about this place: the tv was surprisingly nice, and worked perfectly Otherwise, I felt so unsafe in this room I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to take a shower. The door had clearly been broken into before and the chain was still missing. I also had people coming into my room at 4am, thankfully due to a mixup during check in and nothing nefarious - but I will was only able to get about 3 hours of sleep due to it. I was genuinely concerned for my safety in the moment. The bedspread looked like it had gotten damaged in the wash and therefore looked filthy. Also there is a $50 cash only deposit required that I didn’t see mentioned on the page anywhere.

The shower didn’t work. I paid extra for smoke free room but the room was full of smoke with lots of flies. Bed sheets were unclean. Overall an extremely unpleasant experience. Except for a little soap no amenities, you even need to bring water or buy them.

The check-in experience was awful. The staff yelled at me for trying to talk to him using a side door. He demanded a cash deposit. He would not accept a credit card, and I was not carrying cash. He then pointed me to the ATM which had a ridiculous transaction fee. This felt like a scam. My "non-smoking" room had a strong smell of cigarettes.

The water heater went out during our stay and it was more than two days for it to be replaced. That sort of thing happens. Close to good food options and public transportation on the city bus system, which was excellent during our stay.

No refrigerator, no microwave, no manners. door handle was broken struggles to get in the room and was locked out of the room Saturday morning. After charging an extra $80 at the desk although I paid more than what was advertised online! Highly do not recommend

The room was perfectly fine for the price. I checked thoroughly and everything was clean. The onsite parking was nice, staff were polite. Things to be aware of: *As the other reviews noted, they do require a $50 *cash* deposit. The amount is specified on the Motel 6 website, but I didnt see it mentioned on any of the 3rd party sites, and the fact that it has to be cash isn't specified anywhere, except at the motel itself, via paper sign on the door. It seems like this is getting to be a more common practice. In any case, I got the full deposit back when I checked out in the morning with no issues. *There's soap and towels, but no other shower stuff, so you'll want to make sure to bring your own.

1:00 AM. Water pouring into room from burst pipe overhead. Phone doesn't work. Get dressed and walk to office. COLD OUTSIDE. Clerk comes to inspect. Offers to move me to different room. Pack up everything and move to new room. New room is smaller than the room I paid for. No hot water. 11:00 AM. Ten hours later. Still no hot water. Can't shower. Checked out. No one available to discuss refund.

The room was generally clean, though the bedsheet had some black stains despite being washed. Being on the first floor, I could hear footsteps from the wooden ceiling above. The bathtub also drained water slowly. Overall, it was decent for the price.
