The location and food are delicious, next time I will only go to the restaurant because I experienced power outages several times while staying there, a technician was sent and the electricity was still problematic, it was very uncomfortable because the water heater also died so there was no hot water in a cold place and the room was dirty.

the resort staff are all friendly, the service is fast... the room is decorated beautifully & clean... the mountain view is awesome, at night before going to bed we can see the twinkling lights from the room, in the morning when we wake up we are treated to a mountain view & the sound of birds chirping... the view & service at the branch resto is also good, a heater is provided if we are cold, the food is delicious... the concept of the resort & restaurant is really cool... Really feel a different experience staying here...

Everything is very comfortable and suitable for couples, but I don't think it's baby friendly.. because yesterday I brought a baby. If I don't bring a baby, overall it's the best.

All the staff were very friendly, the view was very beautiful, the only thing that was unfortunate was that there was hair on the breakfast plate, even on 2 plates, but the food was immediately replaced with new hair, but I still had no appetite.
