When we arrived at the hotel at around 1:30, the hotel grounds were unclean, as if unoccupied for a long time. For example, the rooms were shabby, the grass hadn't been trimmed, wilted plants hadn't been removed, and the mattresses weren't up to par. In short, it didn't live up to expectations or the photos uploaded on the app.

The location is hidden so we got lost, but Karra was quick to chat with us via WhatsApp and give us directions. The kids love camping here, but it's a shame it's the rainy season, so we can't have a campfire. The tents are spacious... I was a bit worried about snakes getting in. Full Wi-Fi.

2 hours after checking in, I wanted to use the water for bathing, the bathroom and sink taps were off, and I had to run to the prayer room to find it. The water only came on for 2 hours because the reservoir had problems after heavy rain. Cleanliness, views and service were good.

Thank you sis for visiting Karra Village. We are very happy that you have taken the time to give a review. Regarding the water problem, Karra apologizes because it is beyond our control, reviewing our location at the foot of Mount Merapi we rely on water from the main water source (the same as the surrounding residents) that day there was heavy rain and wind so that a large tree fell which caused the main water pipe to break (for the entire area, including Karra) so we had to coordinate with the residents and village administrators to fix it, and unfortunately we used a shower without a bathtub so we only relied on the remaining water in the reservoir for the needs of the entire Villa. Hopefully in the future there will be no more problems beyond our control. Once again Karra apologizes for this. Greetings. Karra~
