The rooms were excellent, excellent staff they were very friendly and helpful the location was very close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions great experience! I highly recommend!

El mejor lugar para hospedarse en el centro histórico de Puebla. Me hospede en este hotel en mi viaje pasado y me gustó tanto el lugar que no dude en hospedarme nuevamente aquí y recomendarle este hotel a mis amigos que viajaban conmigo. Sin duda volvería a este lugar en mi próximo viaje. Las instalaciones exactas a las fotografías. El hotel esta muy bonito y muy bien ubicado, dentro del primer cuadro de la ciudad, muy seguro para caminar a cualquier hora. La atencion de su personal fue lo mejor. Sin duda recomiendo este hotel al 100%

Beautiful hotel casona , friendly staff, very clean. Sr. Lalo (concierge) is very helpful and attentive as well as the rest of the staff( front desk ladies) . We will definitely be back. The coffee shop in the property has exquisite coffee and sweets.

Beautiful old historic rehabbed property in the heart of the city.

Everyone was very nice , helped me map out my walk and recommended several cool spots.

I loooooove this little hotel. It is perfectly located near the Zocalo and shops. EVERYONE in the hotel was very helpful. Lalo kept milk in the fridge for our kids so they could eat cereal every morning. Lalo also recommend a lot of places to visit including tours at a discount! The rooms were incredible although the internet was a little slow (maybe because we were in room 12, which was way in the back part of the hotel). HIGHLY recommend this hotel to everyone visiting beaufitul Puebla. Hope to see everyone again in the future ❤️❤️❤️ Familia Rendón ❤️❤️❤️

It needs cleaning under the beds and lamps I keep sneezing because of so much dust in the rooms I had three rooms and they were all the same

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, from the moment we arrived we were greeted, and they got us checked in right away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a small power outage in our room, and they were able to resolve it almost immediately. They had offer to accommodate us in another room if the problem continued or to avoid any inconvenience but that was not necessary as they were able to fix it. The room was beautiful, clean, a/c and hot water. Eduardo Ulises and the receptionist were very professional and super nice. This place was walking distance to the centro historico. It would be good to have the iron in the room instead of having to ask the front desk for it, other than that, our experience was great!

Amazing place to stay in Puebla. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is top notch. Centrally located in the middle of town. Walking distance to the plaza and Cathedral with shopping, restaurants and coffee shops all within minutes of walking. Definitely staying here next time we are in Puebla. It is a must

Parking is by valet only. They efficient and fast when you need your car. This the second time I have stayed here and will do so ... without hesitation ... again!
