Everythng was great.

Room was nice, very friendly staff and hotel is located in a nice area.

The room was exceptional in design and functionality. The balcony provided a lovely view of the park. The hotel is located on a brightly lit street which was clean and well kept. Felt comfortable and safe walking after dark.

A beautifully-designed room in an incredibly quiet hotel in a neighbourhood that we loved. On a quiet residential street within walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit, including the football stadium and restaurants and coffee shops of Laureles. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, the shower and bath products provided were lovely, the a/c was strong and functional, and we enjoyed the small balcony and the view of the surrounding mountains, especially at night.

We didn’t expect to pay 6% more of how the reservation was

Clean, great location, loved the made to order breakfast at the cafe up the street from the hotel. Chris Evan’s at the front desk was the friendliest host ever.

La verdad que tienen de 10/10. Desde que llegamos el personal fue muy amable, el hotel está situado en una muy buena ubicación. Las habitaciones son extremadamente impecables, sábanas y cama super cómoda. La habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario y mucho más. Volvería mil veces indudablemente, todo super chévere. El desayuno muy pero muy rico y el restaurante limpio y el personal agradable.

Awesome staff and nice rooms

Booked the family loft room for 9 nights. The room itself was nice. I was very dissatisfied with the policies and amenities. A few things stuck out during my stay here. 1. I booked a family room for 4-5 people, but was told that I could bring only one other person. Otherwise, I would be charged $100 USD for each additional guests. 2. Amenities such as a hair dryer being provided with the room was listed in the booking. However, even after asking repeatedly to the reception throughout my stay, there wasn’t one available until my last day at the hotel. 3. On one occasion, I requested three towels. One for washing my face, another for the floor of the second shower, and the last for a spare. Moments after receiving the three requested towels, I received a message from the reception to return one of the towels, as the policy is that I am allowed to only receive two towels. That is a very strange policy for a request that is of little to no inconvenience to the hotel. 4. There is an accumulation of dust and garbage from past bookings that are under the beds.
