Super clean, amazing restaurant. I would say the photos don’t do it justice!!!

The hotel is new and situated in a good location. However, the management needs improvement. The smart check-in system is not efficient, causing customers to stand and wait in a narrow area. Additionally, the waitress in the restaurant did not show respect towards Asian customers. Lastly, the room cleaning service does not clean the rooms every day.

Very friendly team, quiet, clean and comfortable rooms and good food and drink at the restaurant. Great choice

We booked a suite with the intention to enjoy the panoramic wellness area, but the lack of bathrobes made accessing the sauna uncomfortable. We understand from the staff that the hotel doesn’t have enough of them for all the suite guests. Without bathrobes, the only option was to cover ourselves with towels while walking to the sauna area, which is on another floor and does not have a changing room. This arrangement was particularly unsuitable for female guests, so we unfortunately couldn’t use the sauna facility. Other minor issues included an empty soap dispenser above the sink in the bathroom, malfunctioning room key cards, and minimal engagement from staff. For instance, when we arrived early, temporary luggage storage wasn’t offered until we asked, and no instructions about facilities like the sauna were provided during check-in (we had to check with the reception).

Great location near the bus station and tourist information centre. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a pleasant dinner in the dining room. The air conditioning system struggled in the hot summer temperatures - though the hallways were always cool, the rooms were not.

Tutto perfetto, nonostante la bassa stagione. Camera pulita, spaziosa, vista stupenda sui monti. Personale gentile e attento al cliente. Colazione di ottima qualità e varietà. Parcheggio coperto gratuito, ottimo.

The service at Das Saal was the kindest, most professional and personal I have ever experienced, and I’ve experienced plenty as a global traveller. Here are just a couple of examples that made me think: “Only at Das Saal!” From the moment I stepped in Miriam’s welcome made me feel as if I had come home: warm with plenty of fun chat while also giving me all the info needed. The next morning at breakfast I asked about the Steinernen Meer mountains, so the manager of Das Saal decided to take me personally to the tourist info to find out the names of the summits visible from my room. And off we went! So: Breithorn and Sommerstein :D (pic room view attached) The next day the wondeeful chef Maria, by my request, made fresh, handmade ravioli for me although it wasn’t on the menu! All in all, the restaurant prepared beautifully presented, delicious food, and had outstanding wines to serve by glass. The amazing Valentina always had the right pairing to suggest for me. The entire hotel staff were such lovely people with good energy amongst them, including the house keeping staff that kept this beautiful, modern building sparkling. And there is also at Das Saal: a real Finnish sauna; quiet rooms with stylish furniture; plentiful breakfast with juice machine where you put the fruit in and out comes juice with plenty of noise :D Miriam, Valentina, Noemi, Gerhardt, Maria and the whole Das Saal team: you are stars! Ich war auf der Durchreise mit dem Motorrad im Hotel Saal. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung gebucht, das sehr großzügig und wohnlich war. Das Bett war 1A! Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und mich wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig, da sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Das Restaurant kann ich nicht bewerten. Mein Motorrad konnte ich kostenlos in der Tiefgarage des Hotels geschützt parken.
