The room was good, but our mirror was cracked and we only had one roll of toilet paper other than that everything was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable and the lobby was amazing.

This is just one of the coolest, well designed and remodeled properties, I've encountered. The rooms are awesome - the interior of the building is tremendous and the staff is so very lovely. Yes, it's across the bridge, but still only 12-15 minutes from Central station. I will 100% stay here again.

The staff that I encountered at the desk and bar were wonderful. The location was nice. However whoever owns the property needs to address maintenance, cleaning and the issue of an overpowering signature scent that is used in the property. I’m not a picky traveler or especially sensitive to smells but had to open the window to get fresh air. If the windows weren’t operable I would have had to move to another hotel.

I was staying in Lidingo again - just one night. The Foresta hotel is perfectly located. Don't let the 1960s facade outside put you off - they have done the inside up very well. Terrace bar outside is pleasant with decent weather, with loads of seating inside when not. The 6th floor restaurant is excellent. Be sure to use that - and take in the view of Stockholm. Not much parking at the hotel, though. Check-in is at the bar through the entrance. Nice staff. The new spa opens soon, apparently. Recommended.

I was in Stockholm in business trip. Short stay at Villa Foresta. The outside of the hotel looks dated, but do not let that put you off. It’s had a wonderful refurb on the inside. Check in is at the lobby bar. Drinks out on the terrace on a nice day, or inside st sample chairs & tables. A nice comfortable room to sleep in. An excellent restaurant and service up on 6th floor. Really good food. Breakfast is the usual spread on the ground floor, in restaurant at back bar. No negatives. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting family in the area. The location is convenient as it is close to shops and easy transportation to the city centre. The property is beautifully decorated—room was comfortable and quiet and the view over the Lidingö bridge and the inlet was fantastic. Staff were friendly and accommodating when I requested a late checkout. Breakfast was very nice and had everything needed. Highly recommend this excellent hotel— will definitely be back again.

Great hotel overlooking water. We stayed on Lidingo but am sure you could stay here and ‘do’ Stockholm. Friendly staff, distinctive decor and great views. Breakfast good too

On a Saturday the restaurant was supposed to be open. It was not and empty and deserted. Shower way too small

Fantastiskt läge på hotellet. Mysiga gemensamma ställen och en fin uteservering men lite slitna rum. Varmt då det saknades AC på rummen och det fanns endast en liten fläkt som knappt kändes. Mycket trevlig mottagande i receptionen av en glad och trevlig kvinna samt städpersonal som frågade om allt var bra.

Fint yttre med inbjudande interiör och genomtänkta val, men ändå känslan av att vi checkat in på ett trött standardiserat kedjehotell. Mediokra drinkar, middagsmat och frukost. Höga priser kräver också högre nivå av utförande, service och bemötande.

Unsere Zeit im Hotel war ein rundum schönes Erlebnis. Wir haben alle Annehmlichkeiten sehr genossen und uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal im Restaurant war besonders freundlich. Abends noch einmal Billard, Shuffleboard oder Dart spielen zu können, war ein entspannter Abschluss des Tages. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Stort tack för en fantastisk vistelse. Vi är mycket nöjda med den vänliga personalen, den fina servicen och de rena, trevliga rummen. Ni gjorde vår vistelse väldigt behaglig. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka och rekommenderar ert hotell till andra. Tack så mycket!

Fantastiskt trevligt hotell som gjorde oss glatt överraskade! Trivsam, ombonad lobby med massor av vackra snittblommor i buketter. Stort, välinrett och mysigt hotellrum där vi sov jättebra. Trevlig personal. Kunde inte ha haft en finare kväll med godare mat på Lilla Verandan i kvällssolen med utsikt över vattnet. Vi hade två hundar med. De var välkomna överallt. Detta är bästa tänkbara hotellet för hundägare. Finns dessutom hundspa i anläggningen. Tråkigt nog såg det lite slitet ut på sina ställen, trots att det renoverades för två år sedan. Handfatet var dåligt städat. Frukosten inte den bästa jag upplevt men trevlig restauranglokal och gott frukostbröd. Vi åker gärna tillbaka bara för att njuta mer av detta härliga och personliga hotell.
