it was all good

Ok nice clean room although radiators went off during the evening. Had to send a text to request it back on. Breakfast was a hit and miss affair with feint chalk instructions re coffee that wasn’t visible and a lot of guesswork.

The continental breakfast was plentiful. Nothing special but server was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were awful. Floors were very dirty. Room was extremely hot. No A/C and no screen when I opened the window. Even with a fan on it was too hot to sleep. Bedding was worn and pillows were flat. Ugh!

Spacious ,comfortable and clean apartment style rooms across the road from beachfront. Help- yourself basic breakfast with helpful staff .Would stay again

Nice hotel, staff, good location

This would have been absolutely lovely if the heating was working and if there was hot water. They sent a text message after I contacted them which indicated the heating was on, and to look at the heater it appeared to be on however there was no heat. I ran the water in the shower and the handbasin for well over 10 mins and got nothing but cold! If these things were working this would have been lovely!

Very good all round accomodation and area.

This is a lovely little hotel, nice, clean and comfortable, easy check in and key pickup, not too far from the centre and a nice continental breakfast. We would recommend this hotel and next time we're in llandudno we'll be staying here.

We had a nice stay at Carmel House.Big,clean appartament.However last two nights were cold and no internet.I booked through Expedia with breakfast included, ufortunetely the next morning I found out that we don't have breakfast becouse I booked via Expedia...very desapointed.

Very nice host and property. Loads of space, just opposite the beach. Nice and quiet

Clean and good breakfast. Only slight problem with changing temperature in shower. Which we understand is difficult.

With the property being towards the end of the parade, was ideal for us nice and quiet

Self-check in details were senf in a timely manner, a lovely little guest house with all amenities included. A very helpful guest book with all the information you could need including restaurant recommendations. A small car park at rear that could be tricky to navigate with mord than 2 cars but free on street parking is available if there is a space. A wonderful visit.

L’emplacement et l’établissement est globalement très bien. Insonorisation pas terrible et petit déjeuner industriel pas terrible.
