Lo unico que hace frio en el apartamento y no encontramos mas chamaras para cubrirnos.

They got the parking for us on the day very helpful, Room was cleaned and cleaning staff also helpful when we asked for towels for five of us, overall you get what you pay for great value for money and central location (also there’s a sharwama spot right across from the front door of the apartment and it’s so good haha)

Les directives de l'accueil (les codes) n'étaient pas précises. L'appartement quoique très spacieux aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement complet comme il semble y avoir eu un dégât d'eau. La propreté à notre arrivée était douteuse. Et l'appartement n'était pas bien insonorisé.

I cannot get in the property.

The location was excellent, within a short walk of the majority of city attractions. There were many bars and restaurants nearby, offering a large variety of experiences. The apartment was spacious, adequately fitted and furnished but a bit dark. I was apprehensive about check in and access to the apartment but it was easier than I thought - the day before or of arrival you are emailed a code which gives access to the front door of the building for the duration of your stay, this same code grants you access to your individual apartment - quite straightforward. Any maintenance requirements I had were dealt with immediately and efficiently. I would stay there again.

Good location and nice clean apartment with goid facilities easy raccess with remote access codes supplied.

The bathroom could have a plastic shower curtain to avoid water all over the place and a bottles holder.

Well presented clean apartment with all the necessary essentials. The property was easy to find and entry instructions were clear and concise

I have to rate this property low for several reasons. 1. I think had they self basics like salt and oil if would be a nice touch. The kitchen had nothing. And usual you can at lease expect salt 2. The minimum I expect is a good night sleep. Out of the four nights, I was sleepless for 2 due to noisy guests in other apartments 3. Poor communication. I was told after the first night of not sleeping (noise until 5 am ) that I should contact the emergency number so they could deal with it. I did so the second time if Happened and no one read or replied - so not really an emergency number at all. Lastly i asked if they new a taxi service and also got ignored Basically this is a basic stay. Don’t expect much

Parking was quite a walk but it was right down near the museum and shopping area. Host was a good communicator. Great value

great contact support -- this has to be for a contactless checkin - so all good there. As a customer , you are always wary of how check in will go

All was good great location , easy to find from public transport hubs, would be more than happy to stay there again.

Recibimos el código de entrada 15 minutos antes del la hora de entrada. Para aparcar puedes disponer del parking gratuito de la UPCT a unos 10 minutos escasos caminando. Ahora bien, el apartamento deja bastante que desear en general. Cogimos uno de 2 habitaciones porque íbamos con niños, era amplio pero el mobiliario se veía bastante reventado y la limpieza hecha muy por encima. Las sillas del salón llenas de migas y el aseo con el suelo y las paredes sucias. Para pasar una noche te vale, no para quedarte a cocinar en él: no nos dio confianza y fuimos a hacer comidas fuera. El colchón de matrimonio blando e incómodo, lo que no nos permitió poder descansar. Ojalá mejoren en todos estos aspectos para futuros visitantes.

Las fotos son engañosas. Marcos de la puerta del baño hinchada por la humedad, las cortinas de la ducha para cambiar, las paredes y los sofás con manchas... Se nota que todos los muebles son de la peor calidad y el tiempo está haciendo mella en ellos. Se notaba que habían limpiado pero eso no quita que las cosas estén para cambiar porque se nota que hay el tipo de mugre que no se puede quitar si el material donde está no tiene una base sólida.(moho , manchas indefinidas)..

Apartamento de buen tamaño en el centro de la ciudad. Todo perfectamente limpio y la comunicación para la entrada muy sencilla y rápida. volveré sin duda

El apartamento está muy descuidado y las fotos que colocan en la publicidad nada tienen que ver con el lugar. El agua se sale de la ducha y los colchones y almohadas malos

Aparcamiento ideal, enfrente mismo del apartamento. Falta de conservación, algunos colchones para cambiar, la calefacción no iba, menos mal que habían 2 radiadores. El personal perfecto. La ubicación lo mejor
