Privacy issues
Most concerning is the repeated violation of the “Do Not Disturb” setting. Despite activating the red "Do Not Disturb" lamp, staff knocked on my door almost every midday. On one occasion, I returned to find new water bottles placed inside my room, clearly indicating someone had entered without permission while the DND was active. This is a serious breach of privacy and makes me feel unsafe.
Receptionists are very friendly, and the rooms are spacious.
However, the mattress is far too soft for comfortable sleep. At night, the room remains surprisingly bright even with all lights turned off due to multiple indicator lamps that stay constantly lit.
The hot water takes 5–10 minutes to start, and while the bathroom is very large—around 16 square meters—it oddly lacks a bathtub. The water pressure is weak and cannot be adjusted.
There are also several issues with housekeeping and overall service consistency. Water bottles, tea, tissues, and slippers were often not refilled—even after the old slippers were used and thrown away.
Additionally, staff called to ask if I planned to check out late, even though I had already extended my stay the previous day—showing poor internal coordination.
One of the bellboys was particularly intrusive, often peering at my phone and asking personal questions, even questioning other guests in the elevator about whether they were with me.
Entertainment options are limited—only two movie channels with outdated content, and no access to modern streaming platforms like Netflix.
Lastly, sound insulation is poor. I could hear sirens from outside at night, which disrupted sleep.
In summary, while the hotel has potential, the repeated privacy violations, service inconsistencies, and noise issues led me to leave this low rating.
