The place was modern and clean with great amenities and a welcome gift.

We stayed in this property for one night in August 2019. The apartment was clean, functional, and well maintained. The building in which the apartment is located appears to be less well maintained. For example, the elevator floor does not properly align with the building floors, so you have to be careful not to stumble when you get in and out of the elevator. The neighborhood in which it is located appears to be a standard working class neighborhood in the outer parts of Barcelona. It felt quite safe, but offers fairly little in terms of interesting shops and restaurants. The apartment was overall an okay choice for us, as we only arrived in the evening and had to leave for the airport in the morning. But I would probably not choose this apartment for a longer visit to Barcelona.

Overall it’s a good place. Grocery store across the apartment. However, their address is not visible and it was hard for us to find the place. And also we stayed at unit 5/4 and the electrical circuit keep shutting off when you are turning the stove and A/C on resulting No electricity in the unit. We were not told about this before so when we lost electricity for the first time, we panicked.

Customer service is great and the place looks the same as pictures. It was a great experience.

The check in process was so easy and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We booked this at the last minute due to a flight cancellation and they literally had things ready for us immediately. They walked us through everything by phone.

We enjoy the place, well ubícate for the access to public transportation. The space is well used and the decoration and furniture is what I liked

We have a family of six and stayed in this apartment for 2 nights. The apartment is really well cared, a great size, and upgraded well. It is a bit off the beaten path if you are coming in from the train or airport and wanting to walk. But, it is a few blocks from the San Josep train stop, which made it easy to get to the airport and see the sights while we were in town. It also had two supermarkets within a block, which was great for a family! The owner left great instructions. My only complaints are that the bathroom had a funky smell, and it was a little confusing getting into our room the first night. Our apartment had no number on the outside of it and it had a lock type we had never seen before. We ended up knocking on neighbor's doors to see if they could help us.

The neighborhood does seem a bit shady at first when walking from the Metro but we did not have any problems and felt more comfortable the more we explored. There is a bakery and shopping mall just blocks away. The apartment was so cute, clean and modern, had all the comforts of home plus some unexpected perks like complimentary snacks and Nespresso! Would totally stay again! The pullout couch really only fits 1 person unless they are 2 small children. Some recommendations for the owners would be to have a couple extra chairs in the corner of the kitchen so our family of 5 can sit around the table together to eat or play games. Also, some more clarity of which apartment number is ours since our Hotels.com reservation did not say. Lastly, some direction on what floor is what since the US counts them differently. If taking the elevator, it is not a problem but if walking the stairs and counting floors, it does not work.

Lovely place and upgraded from the inside. The outside was not very good and it was not clearly marked.

This is a hidden gem! Dont let the sorrounding area fool you as this is a very nice flat.

Apt was good. Entrance was shoddy. Nothing in the neighborhood. 12 minute walk to Metro line 1 & 9

If you drive, it’s very hard to park in the area. Building is still under construction. After 9am construction workers very making a lot of noise. The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. Location not very far from Plaça de Espagna. Supermarket right across the street.

It was Amazing . There’s not enough words to describe the Eitan ( owner/host )of this property. He was exceptionally good and so helpful that it was hard to believe individual like this exist. He went out of his way to accommodate us. Also the lady who works for him was very helpful place was great clean spacious modern and Eitan even provided is with milk juice and other refreshments. I highly recommend this place you can call or text him after you book your hotel. Btw did I tell you the place is a full appointment with two queen size beds and a sofa bed full kitchen and a nice bathroom that has rain shower. If we go to Barcelona again we will be looking for his place on Hotels.Com. Thanks Eitan

Apartament czysty i ładny, plusem jest obsługa wejścia do budynku za pomocą aplikacji w telefonie. W miarę blisko do stacji metra i pociągów. Spokojna okolica. Apartament dobrze wyposażony w sprzęt AGD oraz w pełni wyposażona kuchnia.

Super Wohnung, sauber und perfekt für 2-3 Personen. Ist etwas laute aber nicht so schlimm.

Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber. Unter dem Bett befanden sich Snus Reste. Als wir um 5 Uhr früh nach Hause kamen funktionierte das Schloss nicht. Wir riefen die Olala Urban Chill an um Hilfe zu holen, jedoch sagten sie uns das wir bis 8 Uhr früh warten müssen. Somit haben wir knapp 4 Stunden im Treppenhaus geschlafen. Als sie es am nächsten Morgen repariert haben, war das Schloss einen Tag später wieder defekt. Dann liess es sich nicht mehr abschliessen. Alles im Haus hätte geklaut werden können. Zudem hat man uns am letzten Tag trotz definiertem Check-out um 9:00Uhr unsere Kaution im Wert von 150 Euro nicht zurückgegeben. Wir haben bis um 9:30Uhr gewartet, jedoch kam niemand.

Allt var bra, rent, trevligt, nytt, centralt och dessutom fick vi välkomnat gåva vilket var väldigt uppskattat och trevligt. Jag rekommenderar lägenheten till alla. Tveka inte en sekund på att hyra den.
