Spotless, great staff and beautiful grand hotel

An amazing stay … only stopover but turned out to be so much more 😃

A fabulous hotel in a lovely position . Well maintained and full of character with amazing views. The only glitch we weren’t told about pool towels! also at breakfast we weren’t told that there was hot food and toast! All that aside it was a lovely stay!!

I wish we had more time to stay here. It’s not a hotel, it’s an experience. Nothing like staying in a building over 700 years old. The views of the countryside were incredible. The service impeccable. Dining was great. We will absolutely return if we come back to Spain.

Breakfast let the property down as everything else was excellent!

I travel all over the world and this has to be my favourite hotel in all my travels, the room, the service, the views……. Everything was perfect

What a wonderful place. Beautiful location, wonderful pool. Fabulous staff team and great food and wine. Make sure to try the wine from their own vineyards.

Curioso alojamiento en un entorno privilegiado.

Habitaciones muy grandes con cama super grande y un entrono muy tranquilo y bonito, una experiencia muy singular por el sitio y sin duda repetiremos.

A very charming place - a bit difficult to communicate as no one seemed to know english more than a tiny bit. The thing we did not like is that there was a party at the place, and people gathered at chatted loudly just outside our room long past midnight. I did not expect this; we thought this would be a peacefull place. We should have been warned about noisy surroundings.

500 jaar oud klooster omgevormd tot een hotel in een ongerept heuvelig landschap. Wat ingewikkelde layout van de ligging van kamers in het complex. Vriendelijk personeel niet altijd vloeiend in een taal anders dan Spaans. Zeer goede keuken en excellente wijnen aan een zeer competitieve prijs.

Muy mala iluminación, con luces súper blancas FRÍAS, nada acorde con el entorno del maravilloso monasterio.

Dormir en un monasterio y cenar en una capilla es una experiencia inolvidable

Aquí puedes alojarte en un entorno único. Habitación grande con cuarto de baño incluso más grande. Para refrescarse hay una piscina : todo bien pero siempre hay otros huéspedes que piensan que tienen el derecho de dejar sus cosas en las tumbonas, irse y si no encuentran sus cosas después, te dan la culpa incluso si acabas de llegar, y si ocupaste tumbonas totalmente libres porque otra persona ya había quitado esas cosas suyas anteriormente. Tb cenamos y desayunamos aquí, muy agradable. Igual la única pena : indican que hay catas comentadas todos los días, pero no era el caso cuando estábamos nosotros.

Una maravilla de sitio. Todo el personal majísimo. La cena en el restaurante buenísima. Todo absolutamente recomend ble.

Un lugar espectacular para descansar y desconectar. Nos ha encantado, el personal del restaurante muy amables
