Pro: room is clean and location is central. The staff was friendly. Basic amenities for reheating food. Good for short stay. Con: lift was not available we had to carry our luggage upstairs. The coffee machine and kettle was only available in the shared kitchen which was on the ground floor. Toilet flush bottom was behind the toilet seat cover so was not easy to operate.

Upon arrival we discovered that the room we had been given was wheelchair accessible. The problem was that our bathroom floor became completely wet when we showered and there was no cabinet or shelving to store any of our soaps shampoos etc. We also had rented the room because of the washer but there was no drying rack or place to hang clothes to dry or hair dryer. I did contact the office the next morning and asked for those things as well as additional towels which they delivered everything very quickly. They did offer to give us a different room which we declined since we had already unpacked and settled in. The additional towels helped us come up w a solution to deal w the bathroom situation so we didn't want to waste time moving. We also discovered that our coffee maker would not work during the stay and they did bring us another. Overall, even w those inconveniences the staff was very helpful and responsive. The location was perfect for us while we visited our daughter.

Great customer service and friendly staff!

Beautifully renovated building with new rooms. There were 3-4 rooms each corridor with separate lounge/kitchen/dining space. You could also wash your clothes for free in the washing machine, provided in each corridor. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied because everything was good & new and location just 10min walk to center. Would totally recommend!

Una estancia maravillosa cumplio nuestros planes, muy centrico y de fácil acceso.

Nuestra ducha no tenía mampara por uno de los lados y se salía el agua. Se escuchaba mucho a la gente en el resto de habitaciones como si estuvieran dentro de la nuestra. El colchón no muy cómodo y era un segundo piso sin ascensor. La atención muy buena y las zonas comunes también. Estaba céntrico y se aparcaba bien cerca.

Estancia muy buena y tranquila! Todo bien y el personal muy atento y muy pendiente de todo. Repetiría sin duda
