Many of the attractions(different restaraunts, roof tops, pools) were not open due to winter season and are only open during busy summer season. Staff was very friendly and amenities are first class

The most amazing, family friendly resort. We did not want to leave. Kids club, restaurants, pools and all facilities were out of this world. The perfect holiday. Even in December with some of the facilities closed we had the most amazing time.
