It's a great place to rest.

Very comfortable and quiet, the atmosphere is very supportive for me who wants to rest.

The room is clean, but the bathroom has a weird smell. Also, the shower water had a strange smell. Booking a night with breakfast is not worth it. There are dirty dishes in the breakfast area. Food options were really minimal. For the price, the room was worth it though.

The place is comfortable and quiet, but the shower doesn't make it difficult to take a shower, the water is a bit smelly, the AC isn't cold, and there are too many rules :v

The place is comfortable, clean, and very aesthetic. Unfortunately, staying during Ramadan meant we couldn't claim breakfast at dawn, but it was very comfortable.

Since my friend's acquaintance didn't comment, I assumed he enjoyed his stay.

My friend said there were a lot of rules and he got a bathroom door that was hard to lock.

Overall, everything was fine, with just one thing I would say: the coordination between the hotel staff could be improved. When I lost my room key at 6:00 AM, the staff member on duty told me to wait for another staff member to come and give me a spare key. The problem was that the other staff member wasn't due until 8:00 AM. Then, when the other staff member arrived, the staff member told me that the morning staff member should have been able to give me the spare key. I was kind of pranked for waiting for 2 hours if that was the case, but I didn't mind it too much since I was fasting and fortunately I didn't have any plans in the morning.

So far, so good. Clean, friendly service, comfortable. All facilities are functioning well. I always stay here for about two weeks, every time I'm on vacation.

The room has a really comfortable vibe, the AC is cold but cool, not sharp piercing like that, the bed is soft, the bathroom is clean but a bit lacking with the water heater being too hot hehehe but overall the room is good, want to stay again but it's always fully booked, for breakfast it's really simple but it tastes really good, when I stayed the menu was tofu and tempeh in soy sauce, I swear it was really delicious, I ate 2 plates because it was so delicious, the room is a bit small but it's still okay. The location is strategic because it's close to the city center and is in an alley (not on the side of the main road) so it provides more privacy for guests. Overall it's very satisfying

Those of you who stay here should be careful. There is one of the hotel staff who is annoying. I have always stayed here but this was my last very disappointing experience. When checking out, the receptionist checked the room as usual and when she was finished she said we had to pay a fine of 250k because the bedsheet we used had a very small chocolate milk splash stain (underline the splash) and it wasn't much. We were charged 250k because they said their bedsheet that had a very small splash of chocolate milk, they had to throw it away. 🥱🤣. We don't mind paying a fine of 250k but the reason we think is unreasonable. If we really have to pay just because there is a small splash of milk stain, why isn't it written in the memo that is usually in the room? In the memo, there are only a few items that are charged, while for the stained or slightly stained bedsheet, it is not in the memo, and they should not selling chocolate milk in their hotel lobby, 🤣 it's not a matter of money but the receptionist's unreasonable reason. if it's like that if the sheets can't get even the slightest stain and if there is a stain every guest has to pay a charge of 250k then the hotel should not provide sheets in the room it's better to ask guests to bring their own sheets from home. 🤣 (because you open a hotel you shouldn't mind if the hotel sheets are a little dirty if your hotel guests check out) thx. It has given us bitter memories in our vacation experience. we've always stayed at this hotel but this is the first time we've met a hotel staff who is so annoying next time please write in a memo that your sheets can't get even the slightest stain so that other guests after us can be careful 🤣😂😁 so that they avoid paying a fine just because your sheets are a little stained 😂🤣
