Check in assisted by Kak Lady. She's very polite and friendly. All facilities and amenities are in a good condition. All of their menu (welcome cake, A la carte, and breakfast) was great 🥰✨. I hope Excotel always improves and is consistent about their services and all facilities 🫶🏻. Very recommended and will be back to stay again.

So far so good, the rooms and lobby are unique. I didn't get a chance to try the swimming pool, but I'll definitely go back there. They also have Indomie.

My first time staying in Surabaya, I initially wanted to go to another hotel. But suddenly I found this hotel, from the comments it was actually just so-so. But when I tried it, it turned out to be wowwwww. Super big, clean, comfy, there is a swimming pool on the rooftop, the staff are all friendly inside and out, the service is really good. I wanted to extend my stay again, but because I didn't have time, so I'll just go for the next trip ♡♡ The breakfast is also varied, all delicious and super filling. I didn't choose the wrong hotel here ♡ I will recommend it to my friends and family if it's really good here, thank you Excotel ♡

A hotel with a unique design, fragrant, and clean, both in the rooms, bathrooms, and restaurant. The staff are friendly, especially the front desk lady, Miss Lady.

For me, the taste of the food is lacking... It's a bit bland, lacking a bit of flavor... The rest is okay... The menu choices are also quite good.

Very disturbed by the very hot atmosphere of the room on the 9th floor, we happened to have booked several hotel rooms for a wedding. There are several rooms on the 9th floor, whose AC is not adequate for daytime. The hallway of the room on the 9th floor, I apologize, smells like a leaking sewage, even though it has been disguised with lemongrass perfume. Maybe this is the first time I have stayed in a hotel, I apologize, the atmosphere is disappointing. Please note, for parking facilities. So yesterday I was stuck in the parking lot for 1 hour and couldn't get out because there was a wedding. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future 🙏

I think the breakfast food was a bit lacking, but the rooftop cafe still had a good taste. And one of the security guards seemed to smile less, but the other staff were good.
