Clean room

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However we had a room with a city view and the loud music from the adjacent bar and the noise of the traffic and people on the streets into the wee hours of the morning, made it impossible to sleep. SO LOUD! It was disappointing. For that reason, I would not stay there again. I would encourage the hotel to install grab bars for getting in and out of the tub/shower and a handrail going down the stairs from the first floor to the main level.

I highly recommend Divino Sol; the staff was really professional and attentive—clean place with great places to eat nearby.

Okay so the room is nice and the location is great. Biggest downside is there are a few clubs like 2-3 of them so you won’t get rest until like 2-3 am. That’s the biggest downside but the place is nice.

I loved everything about the property! My only concern was that there was no place to hang any clothes and no bath mat for outside the shower. Everything else was beautiful and clean! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was great! It is a great hotel in the heart of Leon. You may walk everywhere and there are donning places all around.

Room service was prompt. The hotel was under renovation so the restaurant was not opened but the hotel staff did provide breakfast every morning of our trip. The front desk helped arrange transport to and from local markets as well as our transport back to the airport. The location was ideal and we were able to watch the nightlife from our balcony. Can’t wait to book our next trip back once the restaurant reopens.

El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro, restaurantes, bares, estacionamiento público, etc. No cuenta con estacionamiento en el sitio, usan valet parking y estacionamiento aledaño al hotel. Aún continúa en desarrollo. No cuenta con restaurante ni servicios a la habitación. Las habitaciones son cómodas pero la puerta no aisla el ruido, se puede escuchar conversaciones del pasillo. El aire acondicionado no funcionó adecuadamente. El staff amable pero no contestaron todas nuestras preguntas.

El personal muy amable, el cuarto muy limpio y con detalles acogedores. El ruido exterior es demasiado y las ventanas lo dejaron pasar. Es muy difícil dormir con el bar junto.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I travel to Leon, Guanajuato very often and I have found my new favorite home away from home! This place is amazingly comfy, very clean and modern. It is in the best possible location in Leon and the staff are amazing! If you are claustrophobic, make sure to let them know you need a room with a window because some rooms don’t have windows. I didn’t mind because it was such a clean comfortable space and I really enjoyed being there. I 100% recommend it and will be staying here every chance I get!
