Friendly staff, excellent hotel facilities, clean, air-conditioned rooms. Close to culinary attractions, and excellent hotel service. The best.

Upon check-in, we were asked to read the terms and conditions, including penalties for stains. As guests, we felt anxious and uneasy, afraid of accidentally making a mistake.

Very poor service regarding the refund policy. I requested a cancellation according to procedure, but my money was held and I couldn't get it back for unreasonable reasons. Customer service was completely unhelpful and seemed to be ignoring everything. Management only wanted to take money without considering customer rights. Not recommended. Absolutely terrible. A terrible check-in experience, absolutely terrible. Very unfriendly.

It's very clean, has a hairdryer, but the bathroom is uncomfortable and cramped, and you have to leave a 100,000 IDR security deposit. Before checking out, the room is inspected, which is a bit of a hassle...

The room smells really good, it smells good all the time

The hotel was actually nice because it was new. The room wasn't that spacious but it was clean and compact. The problem came in the morning: when I flushed the toilet, the water wouldn't drain, instead it rose steadily. The more I flushed, the higher it rose, so it could overflow from above, so I had to let the water drain slowly. I finally complained, and the staff came and couldn't fix it. After 40 minutes, I was told to move to another room at 7 am.

New lodging that has a strategic location and is quite comfortable for a place to stop and rest after a long journey. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the water heater is safe, breakfast is in-room dining so we choose the menu. Recommendation: salty fried rice.
