The location is a bit off the main road, but the road is rough and only fits one car. If you pass someone, be prepared to give way. The staff is very friendly, and the view is great. The most unexpected thing was the abundance of flies. From morning until sunset, they were a real nuisance. The hotel really needs to address this. Another surprising thing was the water shut off at night! It was announced that the water pump would be shut off. I assumed it would be the hot tub pump, but it turned out the bathroom pump was also turned off. The room cleanliness was still 50/50, and it was still quite comfortable. Hopefully, this will continue to improve.

The entrance was off-road, the room didn't match the picture, it was very dirty and full of flies. I chose the option that didn't serve breakfast, claiming the chef hadn't arrived yet. I was so uncomfortable that I checked out at 8:00.

The shower jet always comes off when used because the water pressure is high so it is always wet when using the toilet. 5. The drain in the bathroom does not have a good path so soapy water still pools under the sink and becomes slippery. 6. The view is good and my children like it. 7. There is no room cleaning in the morning so trash piles up in front of the room and attracts lots of flies.

My first time staying in Kintamani, I chose Onion Hill. The reviews were good, but it turned out to be completely untrue. Here's the truth: my husband and I returned home with itchy hands and feet. We even went to the dermatologist, but they gave us wasp oil, but it didn't work, and the itching only worsened. The bed sheets were dirty and itchy, and the towels were black and dirty, but we didn't use them. There were insects on the floor. The bathroom smelled bad, and the hot water didn't work. There weren't many electrical outlets. We weren't given a room key when we checked in. We asked the staff for information, but they didn't provide a key, and they guaranteed 24-hour security. We, the newcomers, felt uncomfortable taking turns guarding each other because we were the only ones staying at the time.

It happened to be a night walk, with minimal lighting from the main road to the entrance...

The staff is friendly and fast, the place is comfortable, the amenities are complete, the view is also good, the price is really worth it with the jacuzzi facility✨
