All the furniture is still new, the door is easy to use a card scanner, parking is decent, the location is a bit invisible from the north, aka too much. The TV is okay, just press YouTube, once the wifi didn't connect, the TV was set up straight away. What's confusing is scanning the service QR code to order food but it's connected to Google login with the room number and password, so what's the password, it's confusing, I've used the password given on a small note, but it still doesn't work. The AC is still new, the Polytron brand is awesome, the restaurant canteen seems comfortable, haven't tried it because I was confused by the QR code in the room earlier

I've stayed twice, but the second time was disappointing. It didn't meet my expectations. I complained to customer service after seeing the room, but they didn't respond. I immediately checked out.

Ok, good, good enough for overnight transit

A comfortable, clean, and friendly overnight stay. The service was good, and the parking inside was safer.

For the price of 200 thousand rupiah, this is really worth it. The room isn't too spacious, but it's clean. The blanket isn't too thick, but it's still okay. Toiletries are provided, but the soap and shampoo are only in small bottles, so it's better to bring your own.

It's noisy in the morning and at night. Employees walking back and forth are quite loud (I can't rest soundly), each room has its own electricity meter stand in front of the room and some of them make a sound (a reminder that the token has run out) it should be maintained. I'm already tired of going up and down the stairs to my room (there's no elevator). Please fix it 🙏

The only drawback is that there is no elevator, and I happen to be pregnant so it's a bit difficult to climb the stairs. And the water heater is no longer warm after just one person has used the bath water. And in the morning, we ran out of water because it came out very little. Hopefully it can be better.
