Awesome, the best hotel in Surabaya. Close to everything.

The room is cramped. The bed is too big, making it even more cramped. I chose the largest room, hoping to add an extra bed, but it turned out there was no room for bags or prayer mats. In fact, the bathroom is bigger than the bedroom.

The photos of the room didn't reflect reality. I arrived to torn, stained sheets, and the color of the sheets and pillows made me uncomfortable. Furthermore, I could hear people playing in the water, making the room not soundproof. The room's size also didn't match the description.

The sink in my room had a leaky faucet, the bathroom wouldn't lock, and the perfume in the room was a bit too fragrant, but all of these were easily fixed. The sink didn't need to be used, the bathroom door could be clamped to the doormat to keep it in place, and the perfume was easy to remove. Other than that, it was great! The bedroom and bathroom were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent with plenty to do nearby. It's also affordable, even for Surabaya.

Fast and responsive service. Spacious bed & clean sheets. Cool AC, smart TV 👍. Spacious bathroom with garden view. Only the bathroom smells a little bit but after taking a shower, the smell starts to subside, maybe they could add some freshener to the bathroom. So far so good

I would say it is the best if you want to do itikaf at the Al Akbar Mosque in Surabaya, there are lots of food on the right and left, especially in front of it there is a cafe, even the accommodation also has a cafe, it is no less delicious!!!

Highly recommended, the location is very strategic, close to culinary, Madura stalls are also close, near the Trans Icon mall, and the receptionist is also very friendly, can order for sahur too, my things were left in the package, wow I was very impressed staying here, hopefully Noesa Heritage will be even more successful, always successful, those who want to stay don't hesitate, this is my real experience staying here, the room is also spacious, fragrant and clean, great

For that price, it's far from what I expected. The quality is really good. The only downsides are the TV and slow Wi-Fi, but overall, I recommend it 👍
