Staying at Villa Nipus is truly the definition of exceeded my expectations. With an affordable price, we can get comfort like at home. It is truly a very impressive experience. The location is also quite quiet, even though there is construction around the villa, it still does not reduce comfort. Super complete facilities, there is also a swimming pool, soap, shampoo in each bathroom, everything is clean. Coffee, tea, noodles, eggs, snacks are provided 🤩

MasyaAllah, a very special experience staying at Villa Nipus. You will never regret staying here. Even though I only stayed for a short time because there was an urgent situation and my grandma was taken to the ICU, thank God I still had time to swim and cook until nightfall at the villa. The villa is super clean, the bed is also clean, the pool is clean, the kitchen is clean, the best. With a price of 750k on weekends via trvlk (non-AC, but there is a fan) it is very worth it to stay here. I also left some of my belongings behind, the owner helped send them via package. WA is also fast response, asking for the location and items at the Villa. The kids really enjoyed coming here, even though they were a little sulky when they were asked to go home suddenly because of the urgent situation. Hopefully next time they will be given sustenance and time so they can stay at Villa Nipus again. Always success for the Villa Nipus team. Hopefully there can be many other Villa Nipus branches with affordable prices like this. Aaamiiin.

New and clean villa. Wifi is smooth. Eggs, noodles, snacks, candy, coffee and tea are also ready. Hot water works well in both bathrooms. Shampoo and soap are also available. Lots of pillows and bolsters. Carpets are also provided. The carport can fit 2-3 cars. Next time I will stay here again. Thank you for the friendly owner.

Just entering the villa, you are presented with a clean villa, it feels like coming home 😍😍😍, a super comfortable place, complete facilities too, beyond expectations, a cheap villa + recommended if you go to Batu, the owner is also friendly. Each room is equipped with a mukena, sarong + prayer mat, swimming pool + shower area, in the bathroom there is already hot water, soap + shampoo, complete kitchen utensils, 😍😍😍
