1. When I arrived, the reception was empty/no one was on standby. 2. There was a lot of gecko droppings on the floor, mattress, and bathtub. 3. The toilet bidet had very strong pressure, better suited for watering plants (for real). If I could upload a photo, I would have uploaded a video. 3. When the faucet and sink were turned on, brown water and sand came out. The bathtub also couldn't be fully drained due to a leak in the drainage. 4. I tried to complain via WhatsApp, then went to the reception again, but no one was on standby. 5. After I looked for an officer and found one, I told them I would wait until someone came to the room and cleaned it. Only then did two officers arrive, followed by another to fix and clean it.
