The location is far from the city, the view is okay, but the atmosphere in the rooms is lacking due to their small size and poorly maintained toilets. The food options are plentiful but the taste is mediocre. The pool is dirty, but the staff are friendly.

The photos in the app should be more detailed because it looks like a private pool even though it's actually a shared pool. I was from Bandung and booked a room near the pool, but the rooms were sold out, so I had to stay in a room that was really far away. The guys were very friendly and helpful, but the ride attendants were not. The gondola should prioritize villa guests, but instead, they ended up queuing with tourists. I thought it was a free ride, but it turns out you have to pay again, so there's nothing special, just the view, and even then, you have to move rooms.
