This is my first time staying at this hotel. My experience with the Merdeka service is good, but in terms of comfort it is a little lacking. Because in my opinion the mattress is not comfortable, then yesterday I got it, there was no TV because initially I was given a room on the 19th floor, but the AC was off, then I was changed to room 16, there was no TV. As for the standard bathroom, there was no hot water. Then there was a glass cupboard, there was no difference, it was only for resting, transit, if you want to make a transaction at a cheap price, it might be suitable.

sorry.. the bathroom is not clean, the AC is not cold, the TV is not on, the bed is not soft. the staff is nice even though they don't wear uniforms.

dilapidated accommodation and stupid receptionists, don't let your fate be the same as mine, initially I booked 3 rooms and paid in full, but when I got there the rooms were full and they said refund via the application, even though it can't be refunded in the application, finally until now my money has not been returned, it is clearly a fraud in the name of Traveloka for those who want to book here, think 1000 times. Traveloka, please follow up
