Great affordable stay in Mexico City, would come back!

The room was very clean and what we expected. Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. The neighborhood was wonderful to walk in and proximity to areas of interest were good. Uber provided needed transportation when necessary. We would stay here again.

The AC unit leaked water constantly. The fridge was not bolted down, so it was tipping over. We needed batteries for the remote, they gave us dead batteries twice.

The reviews stated this hotel was in a good location. There was basically nothing around it. To get anywhere you have to cross an extremely busy street. There were no convenience stores nearby to purchase water or snacks. There was a vending machine outside hotel that was out of service the 5 days we were there. Apartment was fine. There was a lot of street noise but they provided earplugs & noise machine. Towels were very dated & rough, shower leaked,

Check-in was seamless, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy and it was nice having a kitchenette. Overall, great value! Based on some other reviews, we were a little worried about the noise, but we used earplugs and didn’t have any issues. Considering it’s on a busy road in the largest city in North America, the noise really wasn’t an issue- way better than a lot of Manhattan hotels! We would absolutely stay there again.

Room was spotless, reception was super friendly and helpful. There's a living room rest area located in a separate building adjoining the hotel, it has Wi-Fi, filtered water bathrooms and lots of area to lounge while waiting for your room to be ready. The location is great, many coffee shops and places to eat nearby. Very secure with locked lobby entrance and 24 hour reception. There is filtered water in the room. Smart TV and all great room amenities. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The noise from the outside traffic is the only thing to be prepared for, I always travel with a white noise machine and ear plugs, they truly helped. However the hotel does offer both white noise machine and ear plugs to guests. CDMX in general is a very noisy city, it is louder than Brooklyn NY so anywhere you stay is going to be noisy.

Fue muy agradable la estadía aún con el ruido y el tránsito de la calle. El personal de recepción como housekeeping son muy amables, profesionales y serviciales. La propiedad esta muy limpia al igual que la habitación que cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estadía, sobretodo para quien trabaja remoto.La conveniencia de las opciones de restaurantes cerca y a los cuales uno puede llegar caminado, varios supermercados y panaderías y también que es un área arbolada y bonita. Primera vez en esta propiedad y sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Clean room, courteous staff, and centrally located.

Check-in was disappointing. The room was not ready. I credit the staff for effort. Yes, street noise is a thing. If you are a light sleeper, beware.
