The room was damp with rainwater seeping into every room. I was worried, so I didn't stay. The staff promised to claim it through the system, but the owner actually refused, offering a solution: to be moved to another location (not another room). I didn't agree because it was already late (9:00 AM) and I needed to rest immediately. Traveloka should be firm about things like this.

The room is spacious, the air conditioning is cool, and the bathroom is also spacious. There is a bathtub, but it can't be used. Parking is decent, but perhaps due to the renovation process, there are materials in the yard that slightly reduce comfort. Cleanliness around the room needs more attention. It's worth the price. Hopefully, it will be even better in the future.
