The TV wouldn't turn on; I reported it to the reception but they couldn't seem to fix it. Only 2 of the 4 power outlets in the room worked. There was no refrigerator, the room was small and old. It's a 1-star hotel but it was listed as a 3-star hotel. The price was high compared to the actual room. The receptionist was very pretty and spoke softly, so that's a plus point for her attentive service, but otherwise I was dissatisfied.

The staff were friendly, the service was excellent, and they took very good care of the customers. The rooms were new, beautiful, and clean.

The cleaning service outside was too noisy. The receptionist didn't even call to ask if the guest wanted to renew their stay or check out, but instead told the guest to leave and informed them that the room had been rented to another guest. Very disappointing.

I stayed here since the beginning of March and only just got around to leaving a review 🤣. The hotel's location is quite easy to find, and the area around it is convenient; you can walk a short distance to Winmart or other convenience stores. There are also quite a few restaurants. Regarding the room, I think it's decent for the price, and the amenities provided in the room are free. Check-in and check-out are also quite quick. Overall, it's worth considering.

I thought there was a window so I placed it, but the door is blocked by the wall. It's a bit stuffy.

The bathroom had no trash can, smelled really bad, was moldy, and even leaked water from the room on the upper floor. The sink was also leaking. The room was tiny but had 2 huge beds. The elevator between floors was also tiny, 4 people had to squeeze in to stand. Very bad experience.

The toilet has a very unpleasant sewer smell.

The receptionist was cheerful and friendly, but the room was small and cramped. Since I only stayed one night, I didn't have any other experiences.

The female receptionist is not friendly, not flexible in asking anything, young but gives blank answers, gives things with one hand, doesn't even look up at the customer. The bathroom is too old, water drips 24/7, no refrigerator.

The rooms here are very new and clean. The reception hall has a very pleasant aroma. The reception staff was enthusiastic and brought my luggage to my room. The location is quite convenient near the bus station and My Dinh stadium. An ideal stopover for a long trip.
