Food was excellent

Hv to say that staff was so very attentive and friendly, especially in the restaurant. However, when I asked for my upgrade, I was told that was not availability, even though the hotel occupancy was not even 50% of the total occupancy., so they dont wanted to upgrading my room. My room first day no HOT WATER, next day 3 roaches, one in my bedroom and 2 in the shower, so disgusting. Mosquito net completely damage-broken. Place is nice but I will not repeat for booking and staying there.

The property is a bit hidden. The surroundings of it's location can trigger a sense of an unsafe location. There were a lot of maintenance / construction going by the pool and parking lot. In times it made us feel like w le were in a property under construction rather than a property ready for us to enjoy. The room description and photos said that a sofa bed was part of the room but it wasn't. They had to bring a bed to the room. We really enjoy the massages and temazcal services. We had a good time in the pool and the food services were good enough to meet our needs when we used it. Overall I feel like it was a bit of a roller coaster with all the ups and downs, with the things we were noticing and experiencing during our visit to this property. But I think we ended up enjoying it more than disliking it. We had a good time as a family here.

My stay was great, but I have to upgrade my room. The room the hotel gave me first was tiny and with a tiny window. When I booked in Hotels.com, the hotels was described as “superior” which it didn’t have anything to be superior. The staff told me that was the lowest price room, and if I wanted better I have to pay, which I did. It was disappointing that the advertising was not accurate!

The WiFi in the rooms is fatal, you have to move to lobby area to get a good internet connection

Property was very nice overall, the ONLY thing I didn’t like was then fact that they didn’t offer any options to eat. As well as the fact that the pool are is more esoteric than to use.

Las habitaciones son amplias, modernas y muy confortables, ideales tanto para descansar como para disfrutar de la estancia. Uno de los aspectos que más nos impresionó fue la atención del personal. Todo el equipo fue sumamente amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa, haciendo que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos en todo momento. Además, el ambiente del hotel es tranquilo y agradable, las áreas comunes están muy bien cuidadas y los servicios ofrecidos cumplen con altos estándares de calidad. Se nota el esfuerzo por brindar una experiencia memorable a cada huésped. Sin duda, Alilo Hotel superó nuestras expectativas. Es una excelente opción para quienes buscan comodidad, atención personalizada y un servicio de primer nivel. Definitivamente volveremos y lo recomendamos ampliamente.

Todo excelente, mis únicos comentarios: 1- Un día no había pan dulce para desayunar 2- entra mucha luz al cuarto por el tragaluz del jacuzzi

Lugar ideal para parejas.

Atención y servicio de primera, desde el acceso y recepción hasta la salida. Especial mención a la atención recibidas por parte de Héctor y al servicio y atención de Edgar. Realmente un lugar para disfrutar y relajarse. El único pero, es la admisión de mascotas ya que rompe con la tranquilidad y disfrute del lugar.

Súper bonito, alberca climatizada, buen servicio y excelentes amenidades de baño.

Estuvimos en pareja algunos días en compañía de nuestra mascota :) disfrutamos los días de descanso, el servicio y atención por parte de todos fue excelente. Nos hospedamos en una habitación que ofrecía vista al Tepozteco, aunque realmente es una VISTA PARCIAL, y el balcón da al estacionamiento. Independientemente de este punto la habitación cumplió nuestras expectativas. Otro punto importante para nosotras es la gran cantidad de niños que hubo, al ser un hotel pequeño y con una sola alberca no esperábamos que hubiese tantas visitas por Day Pass. Pero bueno entendemos que no es un hotel exclusivo para Adultos. Sería un lugar a que regresaríamos :)
