Beautiful hotel! Friendly staff, nice breakfast and very clean room.

Absolutely beautiful property! Clean and comfortable rooms, attentive staff and great food and drinks. The pool is beautiful and there is a koi pond and several fountains. The small property makes you feel spoiled and is meticulously kept.

This place is a hidden gem 😊. The staff is wonderful, breakfast incredible, accommodations are spectacular!! We would stay here again. Thank you for the memories.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel and great food

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The upkeep to the grounds was impressive and the rooms were romantic and thoughtful. I left my phone behind and when I realized it they already head it at the desk trying to reach me. Great service and great nights sleep.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and were not disappointed at all. Staff and food were excellent. The rooms are well design.. Location of the hotel is not in central however one can walk safety.

We had an excellent time during our stay! The rooms were clean and the property was very nice. The only complaint we had is that we often heard noise from the hallway in our room.

What a beautiful hotel! The moment we walked in (well before check in after a long morning of travel), we were welcomed by Stephanie at the front desk with a smile. She allowed to store our luggage and relax at the cozy pool until our room was ready. We had lunch in the restaurant- delicious. We were shown to our room and absolutely loved each detail such as hammock, cookies, comfy bed and pillows, robes, a portable speaker and sliding door to the pool. The manager Eduardo was so helpful and welcoming as were the restaurant staff. The location is about 6 blocks from the center square. Everything is walkable from the hotel. We will gladly stay again if we return to Valladolid. As a comparison, we have now checked into an all inclusive at the beach for 4x the price, it doesn’t compare at all and we want to go back to Olbil!

We stayed here for a night while visiting Oxman and Suytun cenotes. Staff is quick and polite. Small beautiful place in this small town with great garden view, relaxing, super clean, the bed is nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend to spend a night here if you want to explore cenotes and ruins before drive back to tulum.

One of the best, more intimate hotels I have been to. Everything was perfect and extremely clean. Staff was excellent, extremely professional and useful and nice. The included breakfast is delicious! I would definitely go back!

The attention to detail at this hotel is outstanding. The rooms are truly extraordinary — beautifully designed, comfortable, and clearly thought through. Breakfast is excellent and easily among the best we’ve had, both in quality and presentation. The courtyard doesn’t receive a great deal of direct sun, but it is still very beautiful and feels calm and refined. Staff are attentive, warm, and genuinely service-minded, which elevates the whole experience. A hotel that clearly cares about quality and guest experience — highly recommended.
