Advertised a premium room with a view and stuck is in a no view worst room on the property. Classic bait and switch with overselling premium rooms. Didn't find an amicable resolution offered us 15% discount to come back. No thank you! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

Highly recommendable for the best view of the volcanoe at nightfall and the restaurant has all you need

This’s a secluded area in a beautiful coffee plantation within 30 minutes or less of Antigua Guatemala. The cabins are nicely equipped with a stunning view of the fuego volcano where you can see frequent eruptions. Awesome!

Los meseros del desayuno atienden muy muy mal pase más de 10 min esperando y nadie me atendía hasta q lo solicité !

Desde antes de llegar, maravillosa la atención del personal vía teléfono, al llegar explicación clara y rápida, restaurante muy bueno la carne espectacular, los cuartos maravillosos, las vistas y estar en l naturaleza una experiencia 360 grados Solo el guía de la regadera no está tan caliente 😔

Muy buen lugar para relajarse, un ambiente que te sumerge en la naturaleza y con una vista muy bonita del volcan Acatenango y Fuego.
