Great staff! The room was perfect and plenty of space. The hotel has nice lounge areas as well!

Our one week stay at Lasai Casa Puebla was excellent. It was spacious and we enjoyed the patio and terrace common areas which we used to play games in the evenings. The location is excellent- within close walking distance to many restaurants, parks, cafes, and a $3 usd Uber ride to museums. Emir was an excellent host. He greeted us upon arrival and offered help any time we needed it. He was very friendly. Would stay here again in the future.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Lasai Casa Puebla. Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which truly enhanced our experience. The location is excellent as well—conveniently situated near everything we wanted to explore. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We stayed for eight nights at Lasai Casa Puebla during March break. The property is VERY well-located in Roma Norte: It is a short walk to the nearest metro station, and stop to Chapultepec Park—also a very easy walk. The neighbourhood is gorgeous, with tree-lined streets in dappled sunlight, innumerable shops, markets, street food stands, restaurants, museums, bookstores, and parks. It is a perfect location for access to all that CDMX has to offer. We booked a suite with a living room and kitchen amenities. The rooms were clean and quiet. Getting into the hotel and the room was very easy with door codes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing we found disappointing was that our room did not have windows to the outside.The two windows we had gave onto an inner passageway. Our was very dark, day and night- especially since we had to keep the blinds closed for privacy. We requested a room with windows looking outside, but there were none available - possibly because we booked for eight nights and because we had asked for a kitchen. Maybe none of the rooms with outside-facing windows have kitchens. We would definitely stay there again, but we would ask not to have a room on the ground floor.

It’s a clean place and staff are friendly. But it’s very noisy . My window is facing the street and I feel I am sleeping on the street.

We loved this place , close to everything. Beautiful place . Safe neighborhood. Easy to walk or uber (for cheap) to the major sights.

The room was close to the street and above the front door so it was extremely noisy. The apartment was very cramped and minimally equipped in terms of dishes.

The staff were excellent and the location was convenient, but the noise from cars and construction was very loud, which was the only really disappointing part.

The room was very spacious, with a nice sitting area. The bed was very firm and not super thick. A suggestion would be to include a dish towel in the kitchen so if you use the dishes, you have something to dry them with. The room/bathroom was very clean. The front desk staff were very helpful

The apartment was very pleasant, quiet, and clean. We appreciated the location which was safe and near lots of nice restaurants and attractions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Had a wonderful stay here, even before arriving in the city Eumir was in touch to introduce himself and offer his services which was a lovely touch. I arrived after staff had left for the day but check-in instructions were super clear and easy, no hassle at all. Water is provided in the room and can be refilled in the lobby. The location is perfect if you walk a lot like me, otherwise it's close to public transport and easy to Uber. Street facing rooms might be too noisy for a light sleeper if you're on a lower floor but earplugs are provided. During my stay I had a small issue which Eumir and the team resolved immediately, incredible service. The room was cleaned by the lovely Aime and was spotless. Highly recommend!
